Description of Work: checked furnace for intermittent squealing sounds. evaluated condition of furnace Cleaned motor and electronic filter...cleaned filter with acid based solution outside relieved my mind - 21 year old furnace is still in good shape. no other service provider cleaned this furnace as well as this technician.

Description of Work: I had a new programmable thermostat put in by the electric company. They said it wasn't working right due to my furnace so I should call and have my furnace checked. I did and the service man checked the connections and felt that the problem was with the thermostat. He didn't want to try to repair anything until I checked with the cool rewards program again. He was right it was an adjustment on the thermostat that kept it from working right. He was a very hones and professional serviceman.
