Excellent service. The installer was highly professional and answered my multitude of questions. I understand how my unit works and how to maintain it properly. I only wish I had had them install the A/C five years earlier! Since I was converting from an ancient gravity fed furnace, I had to have new ducts installed for the A/C.

They have been handling cleaning out our ducts and everything for years, so they have been very good. We have used them multiple times.

They've been just great. I've had them do zoning, add an air conditioning unit to the second floor. I had them put in duct UV light. I had them do a whole bunch a work. They've got a big supply.

That was just great! They designed it. They had all the parts and put it in. They ran out less than a day.

I have them out once a year. I've used them for a number of years and they're always very good. The workers were very good.

They're a good company to deal with. Workers are always pleasant.

They do a great job. I have been using them for years. Easy to talk to.

Called at last minute for an inspection because we are selling the house and needed to establish that the furnace although very old was ok. Asked to be called if any cancellations happened before the appointment in a week. Air RIte called a few mins later and said they were having cancellations of appointments and could come right over. This worked out great for us. Tim was very efficient and personable. He took the time to answer all questions. He replaced a raggedy belt and the thermocouple. He cleaned and tested the furnace. It was quick and easy and we were very pleased.

They were very good and professional. We appreciated their service and their quickness in response. My husband gladly paid the bill so the service must have been okay.

Chris is a longtime employee of Air Rite. I request him specifically because of his expertise and professionalism. He answers everything you ask in detail and doesn't try to advise unneeded and quot;add-onsand quot; such as a new air filter. I have been more than satisfied with Air Rite over the years. Wouldn't consider another service.

A call was place to Air Rite on Wed for service call to check a furnace. The provider stated that a technician could not come today (Wed) but that they would come and quot;sometimeand quot; tomorrow (Thur) and would call when they were on their way. I asked approximately what time they would arrive on Thurs but the provider only said and quot;sometimeand quot; before 5pm. I stayed home from work all day Thur in order to be home when the service tech arrived. I called again at noon on Thurs to check the status. The provider said that they would be out in the afternoon. As of 4.30pm on Thurs, no service. I called again and the provider said that they will not be out today. I asked why nobody called me to let me know that they would not be coming. The provider said that they would only call if they were coming, which disregards the whole idea of making an appointment in the first place. The woman who answers the phone at Air Rite is rude, ignorant, and nasty, and obviously has no idea how to run a business or how to schedule appointments. If you can't keep an appointment, then call your customer and reschedule. Air Rite obviously does not want anyone's business and has no desire to provide professional service or to respect a customer's time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do your research and make sure you know who you're dealing with before you end up having to deal with an ignorant, incompetent company like Air Rite. They should not be in business.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance with this provider. I took 4 hours off of work for the appointment. I called at the start of the appointment window, noon as was told the appointment was still valid and i would just have to wait. did wait patiently until 10 minutes to 4. I was told and quot;they won't get to you todayand quot; we'll have to reschedule. They claimed they were going to call me, when, 5 pm? They offered to reschedule, really? Do you think i can offered to take another 1/2 day off of work for a no show/

They did the job so there was no problem. It was absolutely what I expected. The only problem they had was they didn't know about the Angie's List coupon so it took time. The work was good. It was a big deal purchase.

They did three major jobs for us: 1. New Mitsubisi wall unit to cool the scone floor. 2. Venting our bar area with outside air. 3. Installing a four (4) area zone for our HVAC, They also do a spring A/C and fall furnace service for us since 2008. We have have good service, Paul Campbell is the guy who did the proposals and layouts. They have also done some emergency work for us when the fan motor stopped. They have all of the parts and know-how to do major jobs but will not run away from the smaller jobs.

After receiving several proposals, except Air Rite's, a decision was made June 8, 2013. A call was placed to Air Rite June 7, 2013 asking when their proposal would be submitted. An email address was given so the proposal could be received faster. I thought they lost the address, the gentlemen that came to the house told me that the information was in his bosses hands and that we'd received the proposal as soon as it was done. I again explained that a decision was going to be made June 8, 2013 and I didn't want his proposal to be left out. Well 6/21/13 I finally received it, plus the funny thing is that Central Air was awarded the contract. Until today, I had heard nothing from Air Rite. If it took since June 8th just to get the proposal, I'm wondering how long it would actually take to get the job done. Sorry they didn't get the contract but when it takes 2 weeks just to get a proposal, what is one supposta think.

The technician was courteous, thorough, informative, and attentive to detail.

The technician called ahead to advise us of his approximate arrival time and he arrived within the given time frame. He checked the furnace, the filters, the thermostat, and the vents in our home. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Great local business. Bare bones, nothing fancy but who need fancy for filters? I found they also service furnances and a/c so I may give 'em a call for that. They carry over 100,000 filters so no reason not to support a Cleveland business.

They completed the work quickly. They did everything that we asked them to do. The heater seems to be alot more pleasant and quiet. They did a good job overall.

I have gone to Air Rite a number of times to get advice and for cleaning and updating parts on my whole-home humidifier. They are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Their inventory spans a broad spectrum and they can order any part that they do not have in stock.

I called, they had the part, I went and picked it up.

I would not recommend them. I stopped using them for their responsiveness.

I was thoroughly satisfied with their service.

I called and made an appointment for Thursday May 10th in the afternoon (Noon to 4pm). Office called shortly before noon to verify I was home and it was okay for the technician to arrive. He arrived about 15-20 minutes later. He checked the blower motors in both furnaces, checked the furnace filters and replaced one with a spare I provided. Inspected the wiring in the outdoor units.Checked coolant pressure, added 1 pound of R22 coolant to one of the two A/C units - the other was okay. Cleaned, checked and inspected both outdoor units, Tested proper running and cold air temps. Cleaned up the area after work done.
