In April of 2017 I noticed the crack had reappeared and I contacted the contractor who advised he would stop and look at the patio. He never showed and I contacted him a second time at which time we set up a date and time for him to look at the patio. Once again he never showed or called. I have since called and left several voicemails for him to return my call but he never has.
Description of Work: In June of 2016 I hired Buckeye Concrete Coatings of Northwest Ohio to put a decorative epoxy coating over an exterior concrete patio. The primary reason I had the coating placed over the patio was to cover up a crack in the concrete. The contractor advised they would level the concrete at the crack by grinding it down and applying a flexible filler. He assured me that this process would cover the crack even with the expansion and contraction of the seasons. He also advised that if for some reason the crack would reappear it could be fixed with minimal work. When the work was completed the patio coating looked great.

mess candone in 2013 at a cost of $5000 cracked up in 2014 repaired still see the cracks not good at all I would never do this again took forever for them to come out for the cracks than it cost another 500. also had to call BBB to get them out here anyone wants to see this

Iffy weather held them up a few days. Otherwise they performed exactly as agreed. The coatings look STELLAR ! The warranty on the product is good. I'm anxious to give a follow up review in about 7 years !

The overall experence was great! It went very smooth. Workers were very professional and respectful.
Description of Work: We have a patio one the back of our home that had two large cracks threw the middle. buckeye concrete coatings came in and repaired the cracks and applied their resin coating to my patio. We chose to have our patio coated to make it look like it was made of brick. the finished product turned out great. you cant even tell there was ever a crack in the patio.
