Description of Work: Leveled slab of sidewalk in accordance with city ordinance, by lifting slab, removing roots, and replacing slab. Communication was quick and clear, and they completed the job without me being there.

Description of Work: This is a very difficult company to want to do business with. From the employees showing up to a work site without the necessary tools to do the work, to the unbelievable mess made during the work and the lack of proper clean up leaving huge amounts of dust and dirt through my home, the ruining of some of my belongings because the very young workers didn't care about my property. Perhaps the very most agrevating thing with this company is the shear lack of communication. Your phone calls will NEVER be returned probably because they do not stand behind their work (yes many mistakes were made and brought to their attention and have yet to be fixed), and don't even get my started on expecting them to arrive at any certain time. Their idea of 9am is casually around 10:15 or so, and that's if you even get more than one worker to show up... Complete unreliablility and lack of care on behalf of this company is all I can relate this to. Make sure you get receipts and all necessary paperwork when dealing with them.
