On time ! Honest! Amazing work! Great guy!

Scott showed up very early 3 days in a row and replaced a lot of rotted wood trim on the front of our otherwise sided house. He then covered the wood in a vinyl siding. He worked in 90 degree weather until the job was complete. I would recommend him 100%!

Scott was a pro who I liked and was comfortable with.

Scott took the time to do the job well. Even though I had to leave and paid him before he was done, the job was completed well.

He replaced 3 mailboxes that were destroyed by the snow plow. He came the day I called and gave me a quote and the job was completed the next week in two days. I have used Scott in the past and he is wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone.

Do not hire this man. I hired Scott to fix a leak on my roof. He installed a "cricket" behind my chimney on the front of my house. Quoted me $1760 so I thought it would be a professional job. Four hours of work and he sent me a message "All set" and asked when we could meet to settle the balance. I had to argue with him before he finally came over to install some shingles. He still left huge black tar gaps and smear on my chimney. I had other contractors over to quote on fixing the work and they laughed and asked "Where did you find this guy? He has no idea what he is doing". Now I have to hire someone else to do the job right. Saw Scott's umpteenth revision of his response, which is still a bunch of lies. He took out a few of his insane rants and insults in this version. Even insulted one of my wife's craft fair purchases in one of them. (classy). I never told him the quote was $1800 less than anyone else's. That is a flat out lie. If I had "contractor buddies" why would I have hired this guy? As I said earlier, Scott did come to install shingles but only after I had to fight with him to get him to do it. (I have the full transcript of the messages). He couldn't even do that right, even after I gave him a picture of how it should look. Now he's trying to make it sound like the pic I posted wasn't what he tried to get away with leaving on my house. I have about 20 pictures showing the final crappy work Scott did that I brought to small claims court with me. I had 3 other contractors (2 of which are multimillion dollar businesses) quote on fixing his work after he was finished, and the judge agreed with me, so I did not have to pay Scott the full balance (I don't think Scott understands that). As far as cost, don't take my word for it (or Scott's "market value" nonsense) , look up the average costs for this area for roof repair on the Home Advisor website. You will see whose head is up where. Bottom line, Scott overquoted the job according to 3 other contractors and the Home Advisor pricing guide. He did poor quality work that he only came to try to fix because I argued with him, and he still did not do it right. He got caught and a judge in small claims court agreed. Now he's been called out for it on here and is obviously unhappy about it. If you do hire him, expect to have to argue with him to get him to do the job right, go to small claims court to handle the dispute, and make sure to give him a five star review, or else Expect multiple revisions of lies to follow. returned call very fast came looked at job gave a fair price set time to do work showed up time he set fixed roof also installed front and storm doors did a great job very happy with work I am going to have scot do more work in the spring would tell anyone to have scot do work for them they will be very happy with his work

I hired Scott to repair a roofing problem that resulted in an exterior door also needing replacement. He went above & beyond by picking up the new door for me at no additional cost, and took the initiative of taking care of a couple other minor issues he spotted while he was doing the contracted work. He was prompt, efficient and even started earlier than planned. He was very responsive to coming back to take care of a slight problem after the work was completed. I would recommend him to anyone and will hire him again for other projects.

Scott came to give me an estimate same day I called him. He was very helpful when he came to start the job. I am a senior and live alone and am not well. He did several things I could not do before he even started the job. I needed some boards replaced on my deck, power washing, and staining. The job will be finished next week. He was immaculate and took away everything after he completed the job for the day. I would definitely recommend him and I will be keeping his number on speed dial.
