I needed a new sink, a job I could do with family help. However, after removing the old sink, we discovered it was not a standard size and the hole in the formica countertop was too large for a standard sized sink. We purchased a sink and then I ordered a new formica countertops from Lowe's in Rocky River originally planning to install myself. Then decided to have them delivered and installed. Chuck at Lowe's promptly set up an installation date and time with Patriot General Contractors. I was a little nervous about having to pay the entire cost of installation up front but was told this was how Lowe's handled it. Installers showed up about an hour and a half earlier than promised and were courteous about having to wait for us to unhook the sink which we purchased a few weeks earlier and loose fit in the old countertop while waiting for the new one. Then the two gentlemen set to work and were finished in less than two hours, removing the old countertops, connecting an mitered corner and attaching the new countertops. They were neat, and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again. About the only negative I could think of is the cost. Labor was a little more than the cost of the countertop and I thought a little high for about 2 hours of work. But I expect this is the prevailing rate and the work was very good.

Showed up at the exact time he said he would, worked until the job was completed.

Their crew did an excellent job. They were a pleasure to have in our home. They were reliable and pleasant. They did a great clean up job every day before they left. They stayed within the estimate given. We are very happy with our basement.
