Large efficient crew. Performed job quickly and cleaned up well. They introduced themselves and were curious to my requests of not putting equipment on neighbors property, etc. Owner and Valerie were excellent and knowledgeable.

100% great work by Tomco Tree Service, subcontracted by Monster Tree to do the take down. John Tomco the owner of Tomco Tree, was on site for the entire take down and Daniel Schrodt, owner of Monster also stopped by to check on things. Valeri, Monsters Trees Arborist, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained why my 100 year old or better Silver Maple tree was dying and losing limbs every year. I was grateful for her input as it was a hard decision for me to make. My old tree was no longer able to regenerate strong healthy growth, it simply had outlived its space to expand. Tomco was on site at about 8:30 am and was done by 12:30 pm. They did a good job of cleaning up. During the takedown the even stopped to gently relocate a hollowed branch with a nest of baby squirrels to a tree across the street. The total cost with tax was $3,888.00 that included a $200.00 discount for service over $1000. I would highly recomend either of these tree services. They both were awesome!

Excellent. The crew were professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. They worked on six large maple trees. After the job was complete not a single twig was left. The grounds surrounding their work was spotless. Kudos to the ISA Certified Arborist, Valerie. Her knowledge and answers to my questions was the tipping point as to why I chose Monster Tree Service. Come fall, I will use their service again for my oak trees.

The team worked like a well oiled machine. Everybody seemed to know exactly what to do and did it. I watched with amazement at how smoothly everything went. I asked for the wood from one tree for my fire pit. They not only cut it into 24" lengths but also stacked it up for me. Talking to the arborist, I got all kinds of tips on tree care on other trees on my property. This is a great company.

Service was excellent. Valerie was out within 1 day of my requesting an estimate, which was very competitive with others I had received. Due to a cancellation, they were able to move up the date of our service and completed it as promised. Excellent clean up, very thorough. Highly recommend them

Monster Tree Service was excellent. I would hire them again and recommend them to my friends and family without reservation. We have multiple trees on our lot which haven't been trimmed in at least 15 years. We obtained 3 estimates for the job, and Monster was the only company that provided an itemized list of the work that needed to be done. Valerie, the arborist, was very knowledgeable and took time to point out which trees could be trimmed and explain why trees had to be removed. Monster's price was also the least expensive of the estimates. Monster was very flexible in establishing a date for the service. They postponed the first date after arriving on site because the ground was too saturated after recent rains and they didn't want to damage the grass. On the rescheduled date, Monster showed up on time, performed the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up well. There were no problems or surprises, and the final bill matched the estimate.

These are the most professional and knowledgeable tree trimmers/removers we have run across! We recently moved into a home in Westlake that had not had any trees trimmed in probably over 20 years. A large branch of a 110 foot oak tree had recently fallen onto our roof and we ended up having to replace the whole roof. Valerie, who is also an arborist, gave is a very good quote, along with $300.00 off. After receiving quotes from two others, (many tree trimmers stated they did not have the proper equipment to be able to reach some of our trees), we decided to go with Monster Tree Service. We are extremely satisfied with their service. This was a day and a half job. They cleaned up EVERYTHING and trimmed our trees so nicely that e probably won't need trimming for at least a couple of years! I HIGHLY recommend this company, they really respect your yard, are very professional, they take credit cards and are just the greatest!

Professionalism on the part of the owner Daniel - was the start. Contacted his office, immediately responded that they would send out one of their estimators to review - that was completed in one day. The next day had a conversation with Daniel on what the estimate would be for removal. No pressure whatsoever to make a decision, had a few other estimates - but Monster tree was the one. You can sense the pride in them wanting to do the job well. Answered numerous questions. There was no delay on the performance of the job. The crew were professionals and respectful of my neighbors -since their equipment had to go between the houses to the back of the yard. The cleanup after the trees was impressive. Would highly recommend this service

They were quick, polite and did an excellent job. All debris was shredded and removed to be environmentally recycled. I would hightly recommend them.
