+ -1 moreAfter completing the work, we were in constant contact with Haun Plumbing. They have not yet followed up with us and we have been unable to reason with them. They are a difficult company to deal with and I would not recommend using them.
Description of Work: They subcontracted us to cut out basement flooring and expose the sanitary line. We back filled with dirt and stone and poured concrete on Feb 8.

+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY REPRESENTED ITSELF AS LICENSED, BONDED AND INSURED. ON 3 OCCASIONS PRIOR TO MARCH 23, HAUN SAID HE HAD AND/OR WAS TAKING CARE OF PERMITS. AS OF APRIL 21, NONE OF THIS IS TRUE OF HAUN FAMILY PLUMBING. THE CITY WON'T DO AN INSPECTION FOR HIM. I DO NOT WANT TO USE THE NEW PLUMBING OR HAVE THE JOB FINISHED UNTIL HAUN HAS THE CURRENT WORK INSPECTED AND THE TRUTH ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE SEWER IS KNOWN. I WANT THE OVERAGE OF $1970.45 RETURNED.
Description of Work: A FULL BATHROOM WITH JETTED TUB/SHOWER, TOILET, SINK/VANITY WAS INSTALLED ON 2ND FLOOR WHERE THERE WAS NO BATHROOM. SHOWER STALL WAS TILED, VINYL ON FLOOR, WALLS BUILT & PAINTED AND MOST WOODWORK REPLACED. CONTRACTORS HAD THROWN BUILDING MATERIALS IN DRAIN PIPE AND CLOGGED IT SO THAT ALL DRAINS ON 2ND FLOOR EMPTIED OUT THROUGH 1ST FLOOR DRAINS AND ON TO FLOOR. WHEN THEY RETURNED TO SNAKE IT, MARCH 1, PLUMBER CLAIMED TO FIND THAT DRAIN TILE UNDER BASEMENT FLOOR WAS ALSO BROKEN AND LEAKING EARTH.
