The people who came out to clean were very pleasant and my uncle enjoyed having them in the home. They were dependable and came out when they said they would.

I called another provider on Angie's list (will provide later if I find it) who recommended this company for my area. (I believe they are related). Bill came out within a couple days - pretty flexible on when he could come out. He said he would come out prepared to do the cleaning if I wanted, but once here he recommended we consider cleaning a larger area (more walls if we removed more paneling and it needed it, and removing the carpeting and cleaning under it) basically hosing the whole basement down. The estimate to clean just the corner was about $75. Believe he estimated by the hour with the 1st hour being higher. The estimate to do the rest of the basement was roughly $500 or more. we ended up doing the corner and another wall ourselves as the wall didn't have mold. But I am still thinking of using him for carpet removal/cleaning the basement floor when I get the time. He gave us some helpful advice in the process.
