Anney's Insulation

They showed up on time with a large crew of guys and everyone seem to know their job. Insulation is not rocket science but just a lot of tedious work. The job manager stayed in contact with me throughout the process. The foam job was not the thickness that we had agreed on and when I called the job manager with my complaint, he immediately met with me, agreed that the foam thickness was not up to specifications and quickly scheduled his people to refoam those areas.

Sales person who came out to give estimate was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. All people who I spoke to in the office were also very polite, upbeat and helpful. We hired Anney's to install insulation in our pole barn, which was probably a challenge for them as the thickness could not be as much as the average installation. We had another contractor on the sight on the day the insulation installation was scheduled. They were there to work on the ceiling drywall. The installers did not want to work due to there being too many other people there (fumes would be an issue). The crew called their office and they were more than willing to delay the job to the following day without a problem. Luckily they had another job they were able to go to that day. They also had to make another trip back about two weeks later to blow in the ceiling insulation (they had to wait until the drywall was complete on the ceiling). Even though the delay was our fault, they did not charge me any extra for a second trip. They put insulation around the windows as well. The crew protected the area well and there was no mess left behind. This was an excellent experience and would highly recommend this contractor.

They did an outstanding job. They were on time and very professional. They came in with all equipment that they needed. They had 2 trucks, so they had everything they needed. They never left the ground until they were done. As a matter of practice, they require a check in hand at the close of business that day. When they are done, they expect to get paid immediately. It makes sense to me, and that was not an issue. I was very pleased with them. The insulation was quite reasonable. It was $1700. The price was what we had guessed it would be. We had a couple of timing issues since I had 2500 foot of roof that was destroyed. It meant that the drywall, the insulation, and all that junk had come off. We had a couple of days where it just took a little longer because everything had come off the ceiling including the garage door openers, the heating system, and the security system. Everything had to come off the ceiling in order to take the ceiling down. He was willing to wait a day or two until we got in there and got all the junk removed. They came in afterwards and did the insulation. It worked well with us. They were accommodating. I would hire them again if I needed them.

They gave me a quote that was very reasonable, but ended up matching another company’s lower quote. I believe I worked with Krys; he was very nice. I enjoyed working with him and trusted him to do the work while I was out of the house. It was a good experience overall.
