"Vic’s Heating and Cooling was a wonderful experience! They were professional and extremely honest! That alone was amazing! I had contacted three local heating and cooling companies that told me I had to have my system replaced. My system is old; however, when I called Vic’s, who was the fourth company I called, they informed me that my problem was a loose. Of course, they repaired the unit and saved me at least $8,000 to $12,000! Because of that, I have and continue to call them for any heating and cooling issues I have. Issues related to finish and tie-in work that were not of the same quality as the 2003 replacement of the side foundation by the Company. Blue board gap shows at soil foundation to house brick level (response - Company’s prior sub did faux brick gap finish on his own! Only now sole water leak is at joinder of Company’s new foundation to old - response: you should pay for water proofing! Caution: Be aware, contract and watch the finish work of the project!"
