Worst service ever! I unfortunately and unwisely paid for the season. I was stuck in my drive twice coming home after work. Contract specifies twice a day service when there is 2 inches of snow. Sometime Ace didn't come at all. Often came late in the day or not until the next morning. Surly when reached by phone. Sloppy work when the drive did get plowed. Left about 4 feet in front of the garage door unplowed. Pushed snow to the end of the drive and then off to one side. Left deep snow on about one third of the bottom of the drive on the side opposite the pile.
