Description of Work: Tim Healy removed the soffit and upper cabinets in my kitchen. He always arrived on time and discussed the project with me as needed as he worked. He was always pleasant and courteous.

Description of Work: Mr Healy provided insights and suggestions as to what the issue with my plumbing was, and we quickly found a solution. You can tell he's been doing handy man work for a long time, and seen everything. His troubleshooting skills and repair capabilities are outstanding.

Description of Work: Fence repair, deck staining, placed new water line from kitchen sink to freezer. Repaired ceiling damage in two basement rooms, due to leaking water line in kitchen. New drywall and painting. Helped with other plumbing repairs and minor household repairs. Painted outside of house. Toubleshooted furnace and air condition trouble.

+ -1 moreSince we had to repair the problems in the house we were selling quickly, Tim was quick to respond to our phone call. He did the work all in one day and also purchased the materials.
Description of Work: Tim bought and then installed stick on tiles (as well as treated the mold under the old tile), he also changed around some electrical outlets, fixed a drippy toilet as well as reinspected work that someone had done on our home.

+ -1 moreTim did a great job. Tim worked for two weeks installing our floor and worked alone. He cleaned up after himself and is a very pleasant and trustworthy person. We would recommend him for any construction or handy work that you might need.
Description of Work: Tim installed our hardwood floor into three rooms of our home, as well as, purchased some odds and ends not included in the boxes.

Description of Work: Tim installed a new staircase replacing and old one which he removed. He bought the materials and had the project done in two days. Tim had given us an estimate of $300...we ended up $100 ahead!
