Great experience! I’ve never had any HVAC problems so when my AC stopped working just before it started getting into the 90s I was terrified, no idea what to expect. I called in, they got me scheduled for 10 AM the NEXT DAY. When they got here the guys were very quick to figure out the problem and finished in about 30 minutes. I left for about 10 minutes after they finished and by the time I got back the house was already cool. Quick and painless, everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend and will continue to use their service any time I need HVAC work.

Description of Work: HEAT PUMP INSTALLED AND WAS INFORMED THAT CHANGES AND FOLLOW UP INSPECTION WOULD BE MADE BY THE INSTALLER. CALLED SEVERAL TIMES - NO RESPONSE.

Last I turned it on about a month ago and unit starts and then stops repeatedly. I have a friend who is a heating and cooling tech, he said that there is no Freon in it and because of the low pressure sensor it will not start. He also found where a soldier joint is leaking. Burris will not return my calls, unless I use a different phone and he thinks that I am a new potential customer. He called Sunday because I called from my wife's phone and didn't leave a message, he claimed he would be out to fix A/C, still haven't seen him. Definitely would not recommend Burris.
Description of Work: My A/C unit was struck by lightning Burris replaced outside unit.

I had to constantly contact them because the timelines they gave me were always late. There were constant delays but not with the materials. The materials just sat there. The owner also had an excuse for everything, he took no responsibility. He also kept badgering me for more money even after we had the initial contract of half now and half upon completion. He wanted some of the finished price before completion to help him pay his workers since the job was taking so much longer than expected;due to him not showing up when he said they would which was the cause of the delay. After he finished, my friends who are contractors noticed mistakes and not to code practices; which he would not do anything about. So I had to hire another to reconfigure my set-up and do some electrical work cause he did not do that to code as well. My equipment is great and system runs, but the whole experience with them is unprofessional. I would only call them in if there was a blizzard and heat went off.
Description of Work: I hired them to install a new heater and run duct work throughout the house.
