They were on time, they were nice and very experience in moving, however they were expensive.

It went extremely well,, especially considering it poured rain for about the whole time, The estimate was right on!!

Were able to accommodate my schedule. Price initially quoted was what was charged. Movers were careful and professional.

Awesome. Last time I moved was 20 years ago, so I don't have a basis for reference, but I can't imagine 3 guys showing up and working harder, faster, or more carefully. They communicated well, were easy to work with, and cooperated with a few oddball requests. Finally, they were able to move the behemoth treadmill down a winding stairway into our new home's basement. That was impressive.

Fine - they came in just a tiny bit below their estimate. They are not the very cheapest in town, but they are close. The two men were great - knowledgeable, very very careful and fast. No complaints

They did great. A few minutes late but they worked very hard the whole time. Provided them with plenty of water, gatoraide, granola bars, and chips. I like snacking while working and the water was a need, it was about 90 degrees. They were very helpful. They went the extra mile to pre sort boxes after they figured our how my wife wanted them. Looking for clothes boxes and realizing which boxes were mine to take them tot he rooms and the basement respectively. They were very courteous and patient with us and the kids. Not too talkative but responsive enough. I would definitely hire them again and even ask for LaMar and Chico if they are still there IF I move again. They wouldn't take my propane tank but took the grill once I removed the tank. They also wouldn't take the jars for canning. Understandable for both. I came with my van and they realized that I wanted to take the hard to pack items so they would set aside all the small things or non stack-able things for me to put in my van once I expressed I wanted to help them that way. Great job maneuvering the truck, we didn't have to wait or waste time because they could drive and park the truck like pros. They got more into their 8x26 truck than what I could fit in the 12x25 storage unit, props to them on that one.

This review is long overdue. I was under the impression I had already written it, but it apparently got "lost" in the move... unlike any of our items. The move went flawlessly. The movers were friendly and professional. One of the movers, who I believe was named Stefan, was a recent veteran and called us "sir" and "ma'am" the entire time. Both of the movers seemed to really care about keeping our items in good shape, particularly Stefan. I offered to help from time to time, but they insisted that we simply sit back and relax. Though it felt incredibly unnatural to sit back and do nothing while others are working so diligently, it was also kind of nice, given how much time and physical effort was required to pack all of our things. Once they arrived, we did absolutely nothing -- at their request. I even offered to buy them lunch, but they refused. Very professional guys, especially for being so young (in their 20's). When obtaining a quote from the very knowledgeable woman (Natalie?) who assisted me with logistics prior to the move, I informed her that our apartment was small, but very full of "stuff." I attempted to estimate how many boxes, etc., we had, but even I underestimated, though I genuinely acted in good faith. When the movers arrived and their jaws literally dropped at how much stuff we had, they had to consult their boss. Since everyone involved believe I had indeed acted in good faith, they negotiated for us to be charged the same rate I was quoted (with no additional charges). That alone solidified my opinion of this company. Everyone was professional, kind, and seemed to genuinely care about the quality of our move. Though I hope we remain in this house for many decades to come, I will highly recommend this company to anyone who asks about moving services.

They were more than double the price of Safe & Sound Moving. I decided not to use them and cancelled my appointment.

It went really well and I was very happy with the results. I didn't notice any major damage or anything, so I'd use them again. It was a good value for the price.

The salesman came a few weeks before the move and bid our job as packing and moving. We told him we didn't want to pay to pack we do that ourselves. He told me if agreed right then to let them do the job he would reduce $500 off the bid I agreed and didn't go with the other moving companies. A week before the move he came back to check on how much we had packed thinking they would still have to pack. We were mostly done The day of the move they arrived with a few guys telling me they weren't all going on the move that only 4 of them were going (3 trucks!) So 2 men and a truck that I paid for reduced to 1 guy per truck and 1 extra guy!! I was also informed that the move would not be two days unloading that they were allotted 1 8hr day so whatever couldnt get set up durning that time would be left. When I called and spoke to Nate they had the sales guy Dennis call me. He then claimed I don't get my discount since they didn't pack...even though they agreed to reduce if I used them. He also said that was all the guys I was getting for this job no more! When Nate called again he said take it or leave it. At this point one of the trucks were full and we said stop. He was being a total jerk and all the help onsite were telling us this happens all the time. They were telling me they would do it themselves if I wanted because they felt the lies I was being told and what I was paying for was getting ripped off! Nate called back and said he was sending a couple more guys to load and that was supposed to Mae me happy. When they arrived the next morning at our new home they were working fast to try and get it all done in the 8 hrs. They stopped carrying boxes in and dropped them all in the garage downstairs where we didn't see. The others were complaint the whole time about reassembling the furniture. Even though this is what we are paying for! We are still moving in and trying to find everything. This is the west company to work with. They do not care about the customer and will treat you like crap once you hire them. Dennis will flirt til you hire them then go back on everything he says! According to their own help this happens all the time and they hate seeing how they treat the customers! Fund a better provider. They are not worth the money!!!

I would highly recommend using this vendor. They were very prompt in sending a rep out to do an estimate, made 2 calls to verify our schedule and needs, and then on the day of the move, the two gentlemen (Anthony and Mike) who did the actual work were excellent.

There were three movers, all strong, friendly, professional and very careful with our possessions. We had to pay a premium because we were moving a piano, so the price, while not cheap, was within reason. Everything was delivered quickly and carefully, furniture that had to be taken apart for the move was reassembled and double checked.

overall they are nice and polite. but i think they are extremely slow

The gentlemen arrived promptly and were very courteous and helpful. I told them that it might be easier for them to take the machines down piece by piece as the stairway is quite narrow. They chose to take them down in the boxes and managed to do it just fine. While I was hoping to not have to manhandle the boxes myself, it was probably best since they charge a 2hr minimum for their time and I might have had to go over otherwise. It was rather interesting I thought that they start the clock when they leave their office and stop when they return, but I guess I can understand with gas prices as they are now. I would probably use them again if I have things that need moving around.

They called as they left the office and arrived as agreed. John and Shawn were careful and professional with both the furniture and walls as they moved and stored the items in the basement. The work was completed under the estimated time. Both my wife and I were very satisfied with the outcome and told John and Shawn we were going to request them again after the floors were refinished and the bedrooms painted.

Again, as agreed, they called as they left their office and arrived as scheduled. They were very careful, not scratching the walls or the new floors as they placed the furniture in the bedrooms as directed. They professional and enjoyable to work with and I would recommend them to anyone who has the need to move or just relocate furniture.

It was the very best moving experience I have ever had.

They were very prompt, very quick but careful, very professional and very punctual. They were very upfront about what they were charging since they were coming from a further distance. Their price was comparable if not lower than others even with the distance charge because they were so quick.

i wasn't sure that I could afford them when the manager told me the price for 3-4 hours of packing. My friends came over to help me pack so that I could stay within my budget for moving. We did half of the packing work before they arrived. The guy in the kitchen kept talking to me while he was packing in the kitchen. Over half of my items were packed in my very small apartment kitchen, so I couldn't believe that it took 5.5 hours in there. The movers and packers were unprofessional. I thought that they were stretching the time spent packing in order to get more money. I went to their office personally and emailed them to complain.

We had Two Men and A Truck Company just move all the big things and we took care of the boxes and other small things ourselves. They were good people. They did a good job. They were careful about everything. However, I thought that it would have been nice if they had an office close by or locally. We had to pay them when they left the office and they were in south of Dayton where as we were in north of Dayton. So we had to pay them the truck time to get to the house and the truck time to get here and then from the new house all the way back to their office. That to me was the only problem we had but we decided to go with them because they had a great reputation. I would use them again if they were more local.

We were planning to get some work done on our house that would require moving out all of the furniture. When my original plans fell through, I contacted Two Men and a Truck on March 1st. Even though it was short notice they were able to schedule someone to move our furniture on March 5th. They have a two-hour minimum (which includes drive time to and from their location) and the rate is higher on Fridays and Saturdays. However, it was worth it since I couldn't take time off work during the week to get the furniture moved and we needed to get the furniture out before Monday. We didn't have a firm schedule of when the POD would arrive until the night before, but I notified them as soon as the time was set and they were able to work with the schedule. Their dispatch called me back later in the morning and said they would be able to come earlier than originally planned. They arrived and the two men they sent moved all of the furniture we wanted moved into the POD very quickly! All in all, it went very well and I will use them again if we need furniture moved.

They gave us a quote, but we decided not to use them because it was a lot of money. They were very cordial and very informative. There were no issues at all with them. They had a set hourly rate. They had a good rating in Better Business Bureau and they were a reputable firm. They were immediately able to answer our questions.

I moved the majority of my household belongings out of my home of 25 years on my own but had a huge sectional w/ matching chair and ottoman that my sister wanted. I also had a huge dresser and chest of drawers that I needed moved to my new home that required more muscle than I possessed. I called 2 Men and a Truck to handle all this and was told about their 2 hour minimum and premium charge for weekend moves. They showed up promptly, securely wrapped all my items and transported the sofa/chair/ottoman to my sister's house and the other stuff to my new home. All within the 2 hours.They were professional, speedy and STRONG! I would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again. It's a bit cheaper if you can swing using them during the week.
