We originally contacted the company for cedar siding repair. Scott came out promptly to give us an estimate. He reviewed with us all of our options. We decided to replace the cedar with fiber-cement siding. They were able to start and finish the job in a reasonable time. The installers were very professional and did great work. They cleaned up every night and kept us informed of the progress. Scott goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy with the work his company does. We are very happy with the results.

Scott & his crew were nothing short of professional. I hired him at our first initial meeting without even arranging other estimates. No pressure, explained my options, told me when he could start & when it'd be complete. They gave me day to day updates on their progress,cleaned up after everyday & all the crew were very polite & answered any questions I had. They were also very patient with my 3 & 5 year old granddaughters who followed them around & asked plenty of questions! This was my First experience using home advisors & I'm 100% satisfied. I've had many jobs done around my "fixer upper house" with workman not completing a job or doing a less than satisfactory job. I would highly recommend Rugged Roof & Home Improvement, LLC to anyone. I solicited contact from two of the companies that were identified from my first use of HomeAdvisor. Scott responded within the hour; the second company never did respond even after I tried several times to contact them! The work that Scott and his crew completed on our house was top notch. The crew actually work for the company – they are not hired subcontractors. We were kept up to date daily on their progress. We were informed of a few small issues that came up while they were doing the work and Scott offered us a couple of options to take care of them. As the work progressed, we asked Scott if they would be willing to do some additional painting of the high areas of the untouched areas of the house since they had the ladders on site that would reach areas that I could not get to. Although not their business, Scott and his team did that for us (at an additional cost that was very reasonable as compared to the contractor that last painted our house). The entire crew was courteous, friendly, and cleaned up at the end of the work day. I know they are extremely busy right now but if you can wait until they are available, you will be very pleased with their work. Making sure the customer is satisfied is Rugged Roof’s top priority!

Our project is officially complete and we couldn't be happier with Rugged Roof! This was a big project for us, roof, siding, gutters and deck! Scott and his team were able to take the entire project on for us which made life so much easier. They were professional and friendly to work with from start to finish! They were even respectful of our two dogs that are used to having access to our fenced in yard. I would highly recommend Scott and his crew for any project you are considering!

Scott called and said he would be here the next day at 330. 330 the next he and 2 others showed up and quickly detected where the leak was coming from and immediately fixed it and applied silicon to the flashing around the chimney. The very next day it rained and the leak area did not get bigger on the ceiling. Job extremely and quickly well done!! I got several estimates and decided to go with Rugged Roof because of Scott's knowledge and vision of what the job should look like when finished. I was very happy with our decision. He and his crew took great pride in their work and bent over back words to meet our demands. They installed vinyl and aluminum siding on the soffits and fascia, gutters, and completely repaired my flat roof. Pricing was competitive, the results were spectacular.
