Rugged Roof & Siding

Scott and his crew were very efficient, courteous, and orderly. They came when expected and went right to work. Cleaning up as they worked. The project was finished on time. I would call them again for future work, and highly recommend Rugged Roof.

Rugged Roof installed our roo0f a few years ago and We were happy with their work then so when we had some major issues with some stucco panels and trim boards I had no hesitation in calling them to get an estimate - I might add I got estimates from two other companies and was unimpressed. Their bids were ridiculously low and I had the distinct opinion that they were not understanding the work that needed done. We selected Rugged Roof of the three bids and Scott toured the property with us and displayed complete understanding of what needed done. The crew that actually did the work were great; they kept us posted on exactly what they were doing, they were polite, and completed the work in a very timely manner. I was completely satisfied with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend this company to other folks. I had two neighbors who commented how good it looks. When Scott came by near the end I told him that if he wanted to use us as a reference that would be fine with us. He thanked me and asked if it was ok if he put a sign in our yard which I agreed to.

The owner and crew were very professional. They knew what they were doing and did a superb job in a very reasonable timeframe. They answered any questions or concerns that I had. Job well done.

Rugged Roof did a partial siding replacement on our home and did a fabulous job! The thing that impressed me the most was their communication! From the time they came out to give us an estimate all the way through the end of the job we felt fully informed and were encouraged to ask questions, which you don't always get from most companies. Rugged Roofing is an expert company for gutter installation. They removed our old faulty gutters and installed an excellent quality gutters. It is very attractive and the installers were very efficient and knowledgeable. Today there was a torrential downpour, and the new gutters handled the heavy flow of water just fine! We are very satisfied.

We had issues with our cedar siding on our home and needed to replace it. After trying different companies who would not get back to us or left us hanging, we found Scott and Rugged Roof. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful as was his crew. They did a great job and our home looks fantastic! We would not hesitate to use them again.

Take the time to explain what needs to be done, what options there are and what they recommend. Scott took the job where other contractors were not interested enough to even quote it on a timely basis. Addressed any concerns I had through the duration of the job. May not be the least expensive, but the professionalism, service, timeliness, and quality completion were worth it. Would definitely look to them for future repair needs.

They replaced gutters and covered existing trim with metal and replaced the soffet. The work that was done was above expectations and we could not be more pleased with the finished project. All the employees from this company are truly professionals. Extremely polite and very pleasant. When they removed the damaged siding they found some cables that had been eaten by mice. They fixed them and to extra charge. The even cut a weed that was too high and a ladder was needed and they did that for me too. This company is unbelievable. There estimate was also lower than another one I got. I wold recommend this company any time.

Responded to my texts within minutes, showed up when they said, and had high quality crew. Top notch job. Would recommend them to all my friends. Performed small cedar siding replacement in hard to reach location. Crew did a great job. Was a little expensive but I expected that due to the small size of the job. I do feel I got a fair value for quality work and would hire again.

I had previously hired a roofing company to fix a leak near my chimney, and they failed to fix it and refused to come back out and fix it. After several companies either refusing to even look at it or not following through with estimates, Scott Thompson with Rugged Roofing not only gave me an estimate, but followed through and did excellent work!
