Good guy doing good work. Came, quickly have an estimate and was back in a couple days to fix the issue. Good communication via text and phone. Solid price for the job. Would hire again.

Scott was thorough with his inspection and evaluation of my roof leaks. He kept in communication with me on job scheduling since we experienced unprecedented weather delays. Scott personally supervised his crew and inspected the work through various stages of completion. Scott and his workers were well mannered, conscientious and very professional. This company has high integrity and strong ethical code of conduct. They actually reduced my invoice for some materials that were not required from the initial estimate. I will not hesitate to refer them to family, friends and work associates.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I've already recommended Rugged Roof to my neighbors. I called Rugged Roof to repair a gutter that had fallen off and took a piece of wooden siding off of house with it. Scott responded immediately & repaired the hole (in pouring rain). While on roof, Scott noticed another gutter in need of repair, and he repaired this gutter as well at no additional charge.
