 + -1 moreWe are pleased with the new unit. Justin also installed a vanity and new toilet for us. His experience is more than just hvac.
Description of Work: We purchased a house that had been empty for approximately a year and half. It's an A frame built into a hill and has few windows. The existing air conditioner had weeds growing in it and appeared shot. Justin got it working so we could work in the house until he could replace the heat pump and add additional vents. We have no experience with an electrical only house and gave us information about the new unit and the back up strips that would heat the house when the temperature goes between 32 degrees. He hauled away the old unit and was always polite.

 + -1 moreI am an owner of 27 properties. Jason has done work for me about the last 9 years. I have never had a problem with him. I highly recommend Jason . I would let him repair or replacement a Furnance or A/C unit again .
Description of Work: He replaced a gas furnance. He should me where the heat exchanger was cracked. Jason replaced it the next day. My renter was pleased and so was I .

 + -1 moreJustin was very professional while on the phone and while on the job. he was right on time for the appointment and called ahead before arriving. while he was there he was very respectful of the house and clean. he kept me informed of what he was doing and didnt try to make unneeded repairs. he was very efficient with his work and was in and out in a timely manner. he was also very clean and organized. i also have a 4 year old son that was with me while he was working and he was very friendly with him showing him his tools and what he was doing. he answered the hundred questions my son asked with out being irritated or annoyed he told us he has kids of his own and it was nice to see him be as kind to my son as i would be. i would highly recommend him to anyone needing work done and i will also being referring him to my employer who needs a/c work done as well.
Description of Work: justin Baker came out to my house the following day after making an appointment. he came to service my air conditioning unit as well as check the working capability of my water heater. He was able to get service the a/c unit in a very timely manner letting me know everything he was doing before he did it. he also pointed out to me that the water heater has a bad heating core and i will be calling him next pay period to come and fix it as well.

 + -1 moreI have been a long time customer, whenever I have a problem with my heating/ac, I only trust this company to do the work. I feel much safer after they have serviced the units and never have another concern about the safety of using the units. I have recommended them to friends and family, as I think the price is very fair and reasonable for the work they have done for me.
Description of Work: My furnace/ac unit was not getting any electric power to units, he had the problem fixed within 5 minutes. He cleaned furnace, replaced fuses, cleaned a/c unit, and was very efficient and courteous.
