Concerning that (john)states that painting is his life, but never has the ability to finish projects. Our first small painting experience was like pulling teeth for him to have the correct tools. Painting is an expense and if you hire him you're in for a big disappointment as it is not treated like a job but a fly by night hobby. Did not have his own paint tarps and is very scatter minded. This person shouldn't be classified as a professional painter.

John did an amazing job for us. He was professional, quick to get us on his schedule, he arrived on time, the cost was highly affordable and most importantly he did an amazing job in a short period of time! The room he painted looks amazing and I would most definitely use him in the future and plan to do so!

Came promptly after I bought the certificate to look at the space. I had to change date after it had been scheduled and they were very flexible with that. They were very quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I will probably have them do more painting in the future.

On time, clean paint lines, cleaned up, fix spots where frog paint tore a. Small amount of the paint. We are having them back to paint more rooms.

They did a good job. It was John Blair. His dad or the two people that came to the house were very professional and did a very good job. They arrived when they said they would.

He went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly.

It was not what I anticipated there because they said that they would provide the basic supplies like the paint themselves. When they came, they had bought another supply that was included; but they said that was included. I thought with two painters for 16 hours, they would get a lot more done; but I ended up hiring them for three more days. They still didn't complete everything. Two painters, four days and 8 hours each pretty much could have painted the whole house. They were only able to get done 4 bedrooms and trim. They charged $1500 for the painting and another $600 for supplies. The interaction was okay and I thought they could have done a lot more. I had another painter do more job with the supplies for the same price. I thought the price was a little high. They came on time when they said they would.

There were no troubles with scheduling. The appointment only changed one time due to weather related issues and it worked out fine. The provided the rollers and was to provide the paint and the tape. The only additional fees were for some painters tape as I was short a roll. John Blair Jr and Sr, father and son, completed the work themselves. They completed all of the work in one day. They cleaned up well after the job was completed. It worked out fantastic!

It went well, he's really good for the most part but there was a part that he wasn't supposed to paint which he did by mistake. He said he would come back to paint over it but still hasn't. He's really busy.

They arrived on time and put in a full days work each time. We're very satisfied and even hired them to come back and paint walls in both the kitchen and the family room. They did a wonderful job. Even gave me hints on how to remove paint from cupboards left there from my own painting forays!! They were wonderful gentlemen and would use them again in a heartbeat!

I spoke with John from Pro Painting. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He provided me an estimate immediately on the phone. He answered all my questions and sought to understand my situation so the estimate would be economical and accurate. He was also creative about finding available time slots for the work.

I wasn’t very happy with the service. He came out and I asked him how much can he design in his 8 hours and he asked me what I wanted done. I told him I wanted all my basement done. He said he can do it in 2 days, that he can do it for another 8 hours. So we agreed to that. The things he told me he was gonna do the first day, he didn’t even get half of them. He did the ceilings and supposed to put 2 coats on and was supposed to install it on the baseboard. When I got back, some of the ceilings were done. There was no reason for 2 people for 8 hours to not complete the ceiling. When he came back the second time, I asked him if he’s gonna get it done and he said yes. They came out the second day and they were so slow at work and they were constantly talking to me. When they finished for the day, they said I could just pay them tomorrow. When he added another day of costs, I told him that’s not what we agreed to. I pointed out the areas that were not done correctly. He started to get an attitude. It looks like he’s trying to get advantage of me because he’s working so slow. I took pictures of the work they had done. When I told him I was not gonna pay him for another day’s work, he packed up his stuff. He didn’t clean off the paint off the glass panes, he didn’t clean up anything. He messed up one wall. He clearly said what he was gonna do and did not do it. He didn’t do a professional job as far as I’m concerned. He said he can get out the next day after I purchased the deal. He told me to purchase the supplies and I told him that he should be providing the supplies. He said, “Just get what we need and let’s get this done.” I would never recommend him to anyone. Initially, he was courteous, polite, and put his little booties when he came in. Then he starts complaining about things and I don’t have anything to do with that. The price of the service that he gave me was too much.

Pro Painintg group did an excellent job on taping off areas not being painted. They are also very professional and do clean up the areas after very well.

the project went very smoothly. he showed up on time and got right into it. finished in 5 hours and cleaned up very nicely.

They were very helpful. I was in a pinch and they were here within two days. They were clean, polite and honest. I would have them back again.

Painted great room, kitchen and entryway including 10 ft high ceilings. Excellent attention to detail. Good customer service. Went the extra mile to paint around curtain rods I didn't want to remove! Looks beautiful!

Painting bedrooms and caulking bathroom/kitchen.

They did a good job of painting. They put everything back in the room, they cleaned up all the painting supplies. They put the house back in showing condition. They hung all my pictures. They went beyond the call of duty. Very clean, very courteous. They didn’t complain and were eager to help.

He said that he would send an estimate on a time sensitive project within a day or two. I have never heard from him again and it has been over two weeks.

John was professional, punctual, courteous, and did a fantastic job. No paint to clean up, he was a perfectionist.

We bought an "Angie's Big Deal" for two painters for 8 hours. This was a great value! John responded promptly to the request for a meeting to estimate the painting job, and when he returned to paint, he and his partner were on time again. The job they did was fantastic. They were steady workers who took care of our home as they worked. The painting job was excellent. We were so happy with the service and skill that we engaged them to return for further painting work. We were definitely satisfied and would highly recommend Pro-Painting-Solutions to anyone looking for painting service.
