Description of Work: Went fine. Had to clarify scope of work but agreed at the end.

Description of Work: We took advantage of an Angie's List promotion for painting of three rooms for $399 and added the ceilings at a total of $300. Two painters performed all painting in less than 2 days time. Work was punctual, clean and of high quality. We provided paint and tape at our own expense (as agreed with the painters, one of whom was business owner).

Description of Work: John promised to do prep work before painting and we even went over the areas that required it prior to painting, but then when I wasn't in the room he would paint over it. He removed my towel racks and agreed to rehang them lower at my request, but after removing them he painted without adequate prep and did not rehang them. and as an added bonus I realized after he left that my toilet roll holder had also been removed which I had told him I did not want removed and he partially applied prep over the screw anchors. when he left he made the statement that he does not like to do prep work and that he only liked to paint new homes or buildings with new drywall. I was disappointed because he even offered to caulk around my newer kitchen cabinets and did a beautiful job. He was so great about helping me pick out paint colors that on my own I had given him an extra $100 for his trouble. When he felt like doing a great job he would, but the prep work was subpar. He has a friendly attitude, but prep work is not his forte. If he discounts anything I stated here do not believe it. This is the true account.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List "BIG DEAL" to have wallpaper removed. I made the purchase thru customer services who confirmed the big deal covered the work I needed done plus this company serviced my area. But when I contacted the provider, he just responded "get a refund"; I don't work in your area. I went to his website and it clearly states he works in my area. So I think this provider is unreliable. (approximate cost of service $300.00).

Description of Work: Completed the job and my home looks okay but I will not use them again. First, the did not do the minor dry wall that I needed them to do. He just wouldn't do it. Left two hours early. Talked too much.

Description of Work: Painted the master bedroom and bathroom. Excellent job. Preparation of walls and taping quickly accomplished. This bedroom was painted with construction grade paint and has not been repainted in 15 years. Excellent coverage. Excellent completion. Clean-up was great. This is a painter that will be in great demand and I will be pleased to recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: John from Pro Painting Solutions painted my kitchen and family room. Due to the sizes, he had to come back the second day to paint the family room. Overall, I am pleased with the results. John arrived on time, completed his work in a timely manner and cleaned up his supplies and equipment before departing.
