Excellent service overall. Jeff was responsive to my first call about a quote and even came a second time before starting the project. What we asked for was done properly and in a very reasonable amount of time, less than a week. We would definitely consider Oakwood Landscaping again for any future landscaping needs. Thanks!

My complaint is that this is the 3rd lawn company I've contacted about doing my lawn service's, and I asked all three times that the person giving me the estimate be told that I wished to talk to them when the come to my house to do the estimate, and all 3 times the person "Did Not" ring my door bell and let me know they were there, they all just left an estimate in my mail box, for this company i took a 1/2 day off from work to talk to them, and again, no notice that they were here. I guess these business are just to busy to talk to me, the customers?. All I can say is good luck!, S Snyder.

My daughter wanted something more than an unappealing grass front yard. She had some ideas about creating a low maintenance, but attractive English garden as her front yard. The Oakwood Lawn folks transformed her vision into a pleasing mix of gravel pathways, perennial flowers, low shrubs, and even a wonderful piece of metal yard art. For snow removal, I can always count on the Oakwood Lawn folks to plow out our driveway so that we are not trapped on our hill.

Their estimate was about 1/2 of others we received. Their estimate was free; some landscapers want to charge for estimates. There was never an issue with punctuality. They were able to give me a window to do the work within a week. Since it was outside work they did not require anyone to be home for the work. They called me one morning to tell me that they were able to come that day and I agreed that it would work for us. They came and installed the French drain and dug out a lot of soil. However when they were done, the soil was still too high (coming up above the foundation). I called and inquired, expecting to speak with someone on the phone. Instead I left a message. They came by the next day to look and agreed that the work was not done correctly and apologized profusely. A week later they returned and dug the soil down to the correct height. Everything is great and I was really happy with their responsiveness and their willingness to make everything correct. I would definitely use them again, I felt that they were straightforward and dealt honestly with us especially after we noticed an issue. Their willingness to correct the issue quickly without more than a simple phone call really impressed me.

THEY ARE GOOD AT THEIR JOB. THEY WORK FAST, BUT DO A GOOD JOB. THEY GET MY BIG LAWN DONE IN 30 MINUTES, WHEN IT WOULD TAKE ME MORE THAN AN HOUR OR MORE TO DO IT.
