The installation turned out very well. The guy was very knowledgeable and clean. He answered questions. I was very satisfied with that. He only came out for an hour. He is their main installer, and he has been working with them for years. He had the right equipment to get the dishwasher in the house without messing anything up on the floor. I have a tile floor, so we laid down cardboard to make a track for the wheels. I do have an issue with the control panel on the dishwasher. It doesn't make the dishwasher inoperable, but some lights don't light up. I haven't called them about the issue yet. They were very responsive with the installation. They were able to get it installed the next day.

He's on time, kind, knowledgeable and professional.

I called for a repair for a leaky dishwasher that was approximately 7 years old. The repairman told me my tub was bad and it would cost more to replace than to purchase new. I immediately went shopping for a new dishwasher and discovered tubs are generally under a 15-25 year warranty. I called the manufacturer and gave them the model number and they stated it was definitely under warranty. Logan just didn't want to do the warranty work, they wanted me to go buy a new dishwasher and pay the overpriced service call fee. I needed an authorized repairman to do the work since it was under warranty so I had Logan do the work. They did an OK job but were not happy that I caught them being so dishonest. My advice: stay away from their repair dept or retail operation.

Another thing to note: we decided to keep our old refrigerator. The delivery team had no problem removing the doors, moving the unit and re-installing the doors of the old unit. The delivery guys were polite, professional and friendly. It was a great experience.

We purchased a Maytag washer and dryer back in 2003. Three years later (11/2006) and just out of warranty, the washer started leaking and became very loud during the spin cycle. We call Logan for service and after a $75 service call, we were told that the washer needed a new top seal and top and bottom bearings. The estimate was equal or greater than buying a new washer. We were told to let them know the next day if we wanted to make the repairs, as they would need to order parts. When we called the next day to decline the repair, we expected to receive an offer of a discount or break on a new washer. After all, it was their original sale and the machine was just out of warranty, but when I informed Logan that we would be replacing the washer, all we got was, Remember, we sell washers. We will soon be replacing the washer (right now it is noisy but dry on half loads), but even though we have purchased at least eight appliances from Logan over the years, we will never go back.

After all of this, I just ended up replacing the whole thing. It was just easier that way. Anyhow, Logan did a good job and I have no complaints. I really do not have much to say about the company. They are nice and they are fair. They charged one flat service fee of $75 and that is it. I guess I have no problems recommending them.

I needed a new washer and did not want to deal with the paperwork and small print hassle with Sears or the other big places. I walked into Logan's, pretty much knowing ahead of time what I wanted and how much I'd spend. I was waited on immediately and felt I got a straight deal on a Whirlpool I wanted. He rang me up and set up a time for delivery. I was in and out within 10 minutes. It was delivered, set up by two decent guys, and they hauled away the old one, no problems. I'd buy another appliance there any time. I'm sure they can direct order any appliance you might want. Nice showroom also.

THIS COMPANY IS TRUSTWORTHY, WHO KEEPS ALL OF THEIR APPOINTMENTS ON TIME. I JUST ALL AROUND LIKE ALL OF THEIR SERVICES. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE APPLIANCES, AND WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

I GUESS THE DRUM WASN'T BALANCED RIGHT, AND THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE BEARINGS. THEY HAD TO ORDER THEM, AND THE GUY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME A CALL WHEN THE PARTS CAME. THEY NEVER CALLED, SO I CALLED THEM AND THE LADY WAS REALLY OBNOXIOUS.
