Description of Work: I called them when my clothes washer failed. They responded quickly. The problem was that a water pump in the washer had a bearing failure. The technician had the correct part in his truck and quickly replaced the pump. He was professional, well informed and performed the repair in short order. My only negative comment was that the service was rather pricy, although I have nothing to compare it to except the cost of a new washer.

Description of Work: New washer and dryer. Even though I could get a slightly lower price at big box store, went with Logan's for peace of mind. I have purchased other appliances from them and they have been prompt and thorough when I have needed to call for service. | They, of course, took out old washer and dryer (which I had purchased from same company 24 years ago)and installed new washer and dryer. | Salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. | I was able to arrange installment at my convenience. Installers arrived promptly; were careful with new appliances and in my home; and were patient with my questions, etc. |

Description of Work: I had a new Bosch dishwasher that was leaking and the door was popping open mid cycle. LoganMaster ordered new hinges for the door and completed the work in less than a week. I was very satisfied to have this repair completed before the holidays. All the work was completed under the warranty from Bosch.
