Description of Work: They did a good job on the roof. the owner was very personable. They in error took a power cord that I let them use, I emailed , texed, and left voicemail asking if I could get it returned . No response at all. It concerns me that if I ever had a problem with the roof that he would not be available to take care of the problem Service in 3/14. Last contact 12/14 ( 8 texts)

+ -1 moreThis project went very well. Jason explained everything in great detail and answered any questions that I had. I explained that I was going to get several quotes before making my decision. I appreciate that he did not use any high pressure sales tactics to try to get me to choose his company to replace my gutters (which were too small and I to clean them out multiple times a year) but he did work with me a little on the price. I felt I got a reasonable deal because if I went with the other company I would not have been able to get the rain pro gutters that keep the leaves out which is one thing I really really wanted. It was scheduled out a few weeks and that stayed on schedule and were completed in a day and half. My only complaint would be that I don't believe I ever got my warranty paperwork that they were suppose to mail me and I should have called and asked about that. Just now writing this review because I forgot but now I can say after going through 3 seasons including this rainy spring that the gutters are working great!
Description of Work: Installed new gutters on the entire house and added another downspout.
