He was very honest and up front.

He did a really good job and we just got it back on Wednesday of this week. We have a dog that chewed our leather couch and chewed holes in different spots. He had to replace pieces of it and then re-stain it. It came back and it looks brand new. They did an excellent job. He was very friendly and very personable. He did have a little bit of trouble with getting our furniture back when he said, but he got real sick and ended up in the hospital. It was fine; it was not like we were sitting on tin cans. If we had needed it right away, I think they would have done something, but we were not in a hurry. He came in and did the quote. After we decided to go ahead and have it done, then he came with his nephew to take the furniture out of our house. He wasn't even here 10 minutes; he had the furniture loaded, and was driving off with it. He really knows what he is doing. He quoted us a price and that was the price we paid. He didn't overcharge us, which was very credible. When they brought the furniture back, he brought it in, and put it back together.

After my 2-year old decided to decorate our new leather sofa, I called the warrantee company to have it repaired. After two weeks of waiting for the first company they assigned to the job to schedule the repair, I got impatient and called the warranty company and asked to be reassigned to another repair company. Mark of Fibrenew called the next day and was able to come out quickly to do the work. After assessing the damage, he brought out an impressive array of equipment and set to work. After removing the stain, he had to redye our uniquely colored blue sofa and was able to mix the perfect color and finish. I was amazed with the result. The sofa looks like it never crossed the path of a 2 year old armed with artistic and mischievious intentions! He also repaired some scuffs on the sofa as well. Mark's professionalism was apparent during the whole process -- from scheduling the repair to his tidiness while in our home, and his impressive attention to detail... all served up with a courteous flair. I would definitely call on him again for any leather work or stain removal (he does carpets, too).
