Brian Hodgson of DryAdvantage was exactly on time. He was professional and thorough and worked quickly. I loved the DryAdvantage method of cleaning the carpets. They looked very clean and were only slightly damp. I had some stains from the dogs and they were gone. Within 4 - 6 hours they were totally dry and looked great. Brian has a two-week guarantee and will return if needed. I will definitely call DryAdvantage in the future. I used ChemDry in the past and like this method better. The carpets stay drier with DryAdvantage.

Arrived on-time. Quickly evaluated the carpet. Prepped the room (moving furniture that I had not moved). Cleaned the carpet in a quick 5 step process. Moved furniture back. Cleaned the area and left the room just as he found it with the exception of having clean carpets. The cleaning process is a dry process. I was able to walk thru the room, in my stocking feet, inspecting the quality of the cleaning immediately following the final step. The traffic areas were cleaned - I was impressed. Even the non-traffic area cleaning gave the carpet a new life. This is the 1st time I used the organic carpet cleaning method and I will use it again. Personally, I see many advantages using the organic method versus using the steam clean method. I also recommend this company. The owner/technician was professional. Answered all my questions. Great price for the quality and service. I am completely satisfied.

Awesome! Brian arrived on time & did an awesome job on the carpet. Our basement had flooded and we needed to replace all the pad but not the carpet. Brian was able to get stains out that I had given up on. I will definitely use him again to clean the rest of our carpets!!
