It was very good the workers were on time and worked very hard all day to complete the job. They were clean and efficient and did an outstanding job.

He quoted us a price and we said we wanted him to do it. He insisted on having our insurance adjuster to come and look at the roof and there was one shingle that was damaged. He got real emotional when I told him that my husband passed away. I don't know what to say, I don't know if he would have done a good job or not. I don't want him to do it now , I'm already looking at somebody else. I haven't had good luck with Angie's List. I reviewed one roofer, who never called me back, he was here in town. He had a good score, I think he had an A, all of them who I called had A's so I called and the lady wanted to know how we knew about them and I said and quot;Well, you're on Angie's Listand quot;, and I gave them my name and my number and never heard from them since. Then I went with the Tallmadge roofing guy and he gave us a quote and we said, and quot;We want you to do itand quot;. Then my husband passed away in August and he came by and got real emotional and I said and quot;Well I still want you to do the roofand quot;, and I don't know what happened but he never called me back.

The job was subcontracted. The gutter replacement went well, except the lead worker was upset at the coworker and did not hide it from me when I went out to watch how the gutters were made on the spot. But I was very pleased with the finished product. I guess I was expecting a bill in the mail. I got a call instead, which I was ok with (saves them a little money). I wanted to use a credit card and I was told there was a 2% charge to pay by credit card. That would be around $7, which I felt was not bad. But when I received the statement, they had charged me $20. I called and told the person answering the call that I wanted to talk to billing, she asked why I was calling and told her it was about the processing fee. She answered and quot;ohand quot;. I thought that was strange, but I just wanted to know why the difference in what I was told and what was charged. I never received a call back. I have caller ID and an answering machine, which I check every day. I like to use someone for a small job first to see how things go. I will need a new roof in the next 2 years, I will not be contacting Tallmadge Rooding.

They are very professional. Showed up everyday right on time. They were good workers and cleaned up after themselves everyday. They knew what they were doing and knew how to do it well. They were polite. I was very happy with the job they did.

They're great. I have had two meetings with them and they were quite splendid. They were very professional.

Vey good, prompt. They showed up early (it was 90 degrees by noon). Had to replace the plywood, but they worked with me on price and went head to head with the insurance company to get a check for almost the full amount. Billing dept. Is kind of disorganized, but the workers and supervisors were top-notch. Impeccable cleanup?

I was impressed at how long Randy Dean spent with the insurance adjuster. He gave us a lot of information that would help support our case with the insurance provider. He has very competent crews that work for him. They cleaned up the area well. I would highly recommend them to others.

The person who ordered the windows came back and installed them with no problem.

The entire process was positive

It went very well. They were very meticulous in all the work they performed and the finished product looks great. We expressed our concern over nails being left in the yard because of our dogs, and they were very careful in using tarps to catch the old roofing and removing any stray nails. The only delay was about a half-day due to inclement weather. They showed up exactly when planned and completed the work on time and on budget. We couldn't be happier with the results of the project.
