PRECISION ROOFING

Description of Work: I hired Precision Roofing to repair two sagging areas on the garage, and one sagging/leaking area on the house. They were the lowest of 3 quotes I received. They arrived within two business days of getting the job (when they said they would), and as far as I could tell did a good job. The Fiberglas shingle repair blended well with the existing 17 year old roof, even though I was warned it might not be an exact match. They said the leak was caused by improper flashing around a dormer. They replaced all rotted or sagging wood and used ice guard and under-lament. Obviously, with roof repair, the job quality will not be known until some time passes. They missed getting an A on Professionalism only because I observed one roofer smoking on the roof.

Description of Work: Precision Roofing had installed the wood shake roof on my condo years before I ever moved in. When I called him to come out and find the source of a leak, he was very prompt and very determined. Because the location of the leak was very difficult to find, due to way the condo was built, he had to come out a number of times until the source was determined. He then tore off part of the roof and replaced it. It is leak-free now.
