Jim from Pinnacle was the the third inspection on the house. We moved to Ohio from Tennessee for my job. He was referred by our realtor. There was a pre-listing inspection and one by FHA. He inspected the roof, basement, electrical, appliances, deck, garage, drive way, floors, plumbing and everything else. Our house was built in 1927 and he actually pointed out why things were they the way they are in the house, such as the trench in the basement used for water seepage; he told us it was common during that era and that is why the basement was so dry. Like the other inspections for the house he found the big issues and the little ones like electrical sockets that were not grounded, foundation was fine, and found some minor termite damage in part of the basement. He found some things the other guys did not like how there was a support not properly centered in the basement and a leak in one of the window frames. He was very personable, answered all my questions, and gave my husband and I advice regarding ways to save on energy costs. It was a great experience. We learned a lot about what is now our home and have zero regrets about having Jim inspect our house.
