BAD WORK! DOES NOT HONOR WORD OR WORK.
Description of Work: REFUSED to honor our requests for materials, models etc. Floor joists not even; heaving wood floor, cracking tile, and cupped wood flooring. Style of construction of FP flue not approved by us and UGLY. Can see daylight through most window woodwork. Refused to allow our choice of window manufacturer. ARBITRATION, PER HIS CONTRACT (after refusal to repair MAJOR problems) A) 26K B) 21K C) __. AWARDED: 15K REFUSED TO PAY, COST 1K FOR COURT ORDER TO PAY. Acted bullish plus only responded when bullied back (and only SOMETIMES) secretary informed us he views niceness as weakness. Painter ruined many floor surfaces; not repaired. Front door is a waterfall; never fixed. FP flue outlet melted siding; would not repair. NEVER returned to fix punch list items. BAD concrete work; cracking pitting first year; no repair. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. BEWARE! BEWARE!

The house was built.
Description of Work: Designed and constructed our home. Building was very difficult. Subcontractors were the cheapest he could find. He was building a parade of homes and paid very little attention to this house.
