Description of Work: I can not speak at all for actual services provided as we only received an estimate. Rusty was on time, professional, and personable. It was also nice that the quote was completed right on the spot so there was no waiting. I am writing a review based upon that estimate; we received a total of four quotes for the same service. To make sure we were comparing "apples to apples" each company we spoke with was given the same copy of the same whole house electrical work requests. Ott Electric was over $3500 more expensive than each of the other three estimates - they were all within a few hundred dollars of each other. Based upon other reviews and the personal approach to the estimate this company might well be perfect for your needs; based upon our experience I would suggest getting additional quotes so you don't pay too much.

Description of Work: I am selling my house and I had to put my sump pumps on dedicated lines. Also I was told I had to get a new electrical box. They came in analyzed the situation quickly stated that I indeed need dedicated lines for the sump pumps and that I did not need a new electrical box. That the seal outside was letting water in. They resealed the cable outside. They were neat and efficient and I would definitely call them back.
