Description of Work: They arrived when promised and installed the requested fixtures. Since they had a ladder, I asked them to change light bulbs in our foyer and garage that I could not reach which they gladly did at no additional charge. I have used them before, and they have always provided exceptional service.

Description of Work: Punctual, fair, worked hard from beginning to end of job. Good followup and an extremely fair price for new electrical panel and outside junction box that had corroded. I will definitely use Ott Electrical again, great experience with skilled professionals, no complaints. Despite other issues which arose, electrical work performed was top notch.

Description of Work: An electrical outlet was tripping the circuit breaker. They meticulously tested all the outlets and found the faulty unit.Fault was caused by a fried sump pump - they really saved my bbasement indirectly.

Description of Work: The attached the main power connection box back onto the house. They were on time, performed an excellent job and were courteous and very reasonable cost.

I got another electrician to come out....(Cassi Electric) gave me an estimate....got the work done within two weeks.....

Description of Work: Wonderful experience of updating our electrical panel. Jason arrived on time and went to work immediately. He and Mike were professional and nice, and kindly answered all of our questions. They respected our property and cleaned up after the job was done. Ott Electric handled getting the permit and arranging the inspection. No complaints here. Would use again and would recommend to others.

Description of Work: Absolutely loved these guys.. it was for a rental property my husband and I own. they kept us very well informed. spoke with the city for us. broke down the job in stages. did only what they needed but were very candid with future recommendations. they were very careful to minimize the amount of time our tenants would be without power. I think they're wonderful.

Description of Work: Lot of electrical retrofitting and wiring repairs. They were expensive but did lots of work and it is good quality.

Description of Work: Ott replaced my service box and sub panel the same day we initially contacted them after finding their name on Angie's List. A total of 4 technicians made short work of replacing a dangerous old and under sized service panel. They finished the work in less than 4 hours, working steadily and professionally. I had initially expected to have to wait a week to get the work done and have it take several days, but Ott was able to get things done the same day. I also upgraded the capacity of the panel so I could eventually wire my wood shop later. When the county inspector came out later, he pronounced the job "perfect" That's good to hear.
