James and his crew were awesome!! Professional,punctual, and just overall great people to work with. They went above and beyond for our flooring project which was the entire house! They moved everything for us, always cleaned up after themselves and even picked up and returned flooring for me. James goes an extra 10 miles to make everything is as perfect as possible. He even corrected little things he found along the way that he didn't need to and any other Company would have charged me for. The flooring turned out beautiful and I love walking into every room and noticing the little details that James made sure he added or corrected. We really enjoyed working with them, they're very personable and easy to get along with.Working with them was a great experience and we are already scheduling another project. I trust James and his crew 110%.

Yesterday we had laminate plank flooring installed in our master bedroom. I had the materials, but needed an installer. Through Angi's List, I found JS Residential in Kent. They did an awesome job! Friendly, professional, quality work at a VERY affordable price. We were so happy we are having James back in a few weeks to work on our bathroom and fix a door frame. JS residential was great! Arrived at the time we discussed, worked very efficiently and the flooring looks great! They also fixed a piece of my baseboard that was causing the closet door to have trouble closing. The price was exactly what we discussed prior to installation and they were done very quickly. We are very happy we chose JS to install this flooring and will continue to use them in the future when we need services performed.

Great. The removal of the old linoleum was a major undertaking. Our prior handyman declined to undertake the job because of the difficulty of the work. They did a great job. Looks beautiful.
