Josh did an A+A+A+ job. He removed all the stains and cleaned the 3 rooms of carpet perfectly. i'd rehire in a heartbeat!!

With a move scheduled in only days, Josh was able to schedule to meet with me and get the job done, and done well. I appreciated his responsiveness and punctuality! Josh always promptly responds when I message him. He has always tried to accommodate my schedule when possible. I don’t know what technique his company uses, but they have consistently cleaned my white carpet the best!

They were good. They do good work. I had some tough carpets and they did the best they could.

There are still some spots but the carpet was pretty old so it may be as good as it gets.

They were prompt and professional. The service was very good, they moved all the furniture and used spot remover where necessary. I would definitely use them again.

I thought it was very reasonable. He doesn't really have a set process for everything. All I needed was two stairs cleaning. Instead of saying that you had to schedule it for half a day or whatever, he just said that he'll try to fit it in on this day between this or this time so he's very flexible and accommodating.

They were very responsive to me during all communications and answered all of my questions before purchasing a deal through Angie's List ($75 for $150 in services). Unfortunately there was some sort of glitch in the system and they were not notified when the purchase was complete so they thought I had changed my mind and did not come for the original appointment. Even though this was not his fault, Josh was very apologetic and we rescheduled. I wasn't able to be present for the new date so he made special arrangements with me for his people to get the keys and let themselves in which was very helpful. How a problem is handled says a lot. I was very pleased with how gracious and accommodating Josh was with a situation that wasn't his fault at all. They cleaned all the carpets in the entire apartment. They look great and my new tenant is very pleased. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We have had our carpets cleaned before by another company. We hired Josh's Buckeye Carpet Cleaning mostly because of the special he offered and because of his Angie's List rating and we were thrilled with the results, which beat the previous company's work. He got into corners that had been long neglected and the stairs in particular look 100% better. He called us about 20 minutes in advance of his arrival and worked efficiently. We would definitely hire him again and recommend him to people in the surrounding community.

They did an outstanding job. We will have them come back out for future carpet cleaning. They were very personable and they did a fantastic job. We highly recommend them to others as well.

Left them alone at home to do their job and returned to find everything was cleaned well. Not sure about deodorizing because it didn't smell any different, but then again I am not sure what I was supposed to be smelling. All I know is the place looked fresh and clean and they did a good job as far as I was concerned.

Got the nasty stain out in the dining room, got the smell out if the family room and basement. Would definitely use again!!!

Ok personable timely good job overall

It was great. He did an excellent job and worked hard to get the heavy dirt out of the carpet. He was very professional, competent, and very personable. I have had one of the major providers clean my carpet in the past and they did not do as good of a job. He listened to what I wanted done and what my concerns are and addressed them completely. This was a great value and I will use Josh's Buckeye Carpet Cleaning from now on.

They went very well, actually, they were very good. It was okay, it was a little aggravated because you have your choices scratch card or your carbonate deodorizing it and I wanted a scratch card and that goes with 99$ and they didn't have a scratch card on the truck so I had to deodorize. I should have just told them to come back when they have the scratch card because that would protect my carpet better but I didn't think of it at that time, that's the only thing, he would have used the scratch card and it would have been better but other than that, they did an okay job. It was very professional.

They cleaned the entire house before a move in. Scheduling was pretty simple. I paid extra for the additional rooms. I just had people moved in and the tenants say the carpets are still discolored and smelling.

The service was excellent. They cleaned the carpets in two bedrooms, living room and dining room. They were very friendly and prompt.

They would not answer to set up a date of service. Very unprofessional. Canceled order.

I have been using their services for a couple years. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of work, the great price, as well as the great people that work there. As a mom with 2 kids and 2 dogs I often have an "emergancy" now and then. They always seem to find a way to get to my place and get the job done. The owner himself, Josh, came and cleaned my carpets in the past as well. Very nice person! Recently I moved from my "cozy" 3 bedroom townhome to a new place with a lot more space. I called and they were able to work with my schedule and came at a time that was great for me! Mike was the one that came and took care of the entire place and also tackled the nasty rust spot from where my safe had sat for 2 years. He was done in less than an hour and the place looked and smelled great! I have shopped around and Josh's Buckeye Cleaners has the best prices in town! They use industrial strength carpet steam cleaners and non-toxic, green cleaning methods. I love this because who wants to let their baby crawl on a carpet covered with toxins. They never use cleaners containing borax or other chemicals. I will NEVER use another company for any of my flooring cleaning!!
