Excellent. I have been using Excel for a number of years - and my carpets always look clean and fresh when they have completed the cleaning and scotch guarding.

Excellent service from the introductory call to set up appointment to the service man performing the service. They were friendly, professional, and affordable. My carpet hasn't looked this good in years. They were able get many older stains completely out and revitalize the high traffic area. Unbelievable the difference. I have done this by hand and self for years but from now on i think I'll just call them.

They did a terrific job. These were bedrooms used by two children over a period of five years. The carpet looks like new! I couldn't have asked for more.

After having two other companies unsuccessfully clean the hallway carpets in our commercial building, we were shopping around for a new carpet. Luckily a carpet store owner told us about Excel. We called Stephanie, who was friendly and professional, to schedule an appointment for Eric to look at the carpet. Eric came and said he was sure he could clean it - which he did at a lower price than either of the companies I had used in the past. They came quickly, arrived on time, and did an excellent job at a fair price. We highly recommend this company!

I have used this company many times. I am impressed each time. They vacumn, then use spot remover, clean, scotch guard, and then rake the carpet, plastic or blocks are put under all the furniture so there are no carpet stains from the wood. Since I have 2 dogs, I need my carpets cleaned at least twice a year (probably should do it more often). They always look good after the cleaning,

Great company, friendly staff, responsive service. Very good at removing questionable stains on carpet. Also removed spots on upholstered dining chairs. Have used for several years and would highly recommend. In addition, they also provide excellent commercial building services to us on an ongoing basis.

Stephanie is so nice to work with. She is very detailed in scheduling and listening to my needs. She called again a few days prior to the service and contacted me a few days later to check on the finished product. Chris did a beautiful job in cleaning I am so pleased with the service. I have recommended Excel to family and friends and they too have been delighted with the results.

Great! Their carpet cleaning and customer service is A+ They came back after an old stain came back to the surface. They wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Mistakes happen, I understand that, but you have to take responsibility for them, not walk away with your hands in the air. Our Oriental rug is ruined, and all Chris Adkins can say is, not my fault.

They showed up at exactly the planned time, did the work and answered many questions, offered no "up" pricing for special areas - just good, old-fashioned cleaning. The house smelled great (even that area where my daughter's dog messed) and so, I rate them an "A." I'm a teacher. Grades of "A" are hard to get; you have to earn them. They did - great team. I'd hire them in a flash.

I am moving so I was looking to get the house prepped. Chris and his team scheduled as soon as they could. They were so pleasant on the phone and really worked around my schedule. The were in my home for about 2 hours and cleaned 3 bedrooms/hallway, dining room, living room and family room. I have a dog and they were able to get every stain out and a week later it still looks great. They moved all my furniture and even put protectors under the legs of all the furniture so there would be no damage. Would definitely use them again if I was staying in the area.

We have used Excel for MANY years - they are by far the best carpet cleaners I've ever dealt with and I am 62 years old. They will get out spots that you gave up on. We won't use anyone else but Excel!

It began with calling Stephanie to schedule the cleaning. Stephanie is a lovely person who is always helpful and accommodating. Due to illness I needed to reschedule and she was very kind and understanding. We spoke for quite awhile and she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I did not see Chris this time as I had an appointment, however the carpets and furniture looked amazing once I came home. I had some major construction completed before they came out and two older cats that had left a few pet stains. The stains were gone, the new smell was delightful and my carpets and furniture looked like new. I could not have been more pleased.
