he claimed to be able to install a bathroom fan. there is newly installed insulation in our attic. When he installed the fan, he did not seal the fan to keep the insulation from falling into the bathroom. We have been breathing in insulation for weeks because he didnt seal the fan away from the insulation. He told us there might be some residual dust and that we should wait and that it would stop, We have waited and then went up into the attic and looked and saw what a crappy job he did. I think he did an extremely poor job and charged an arm and a leg. I would NEVER hire him again. Now I have to hire someone else to come in and fix what he screwed up. I wish I could get my money back. Also, since the fan has been installed, Im having a heck of a time finding someone to come in and fix it. If I had hired a company instead of a know-nothing handyman then I would be much better off. If I do not hear from Home Advisor about fixing this problem, I think I will alert the Better Business Bureau about him and anyone else who will listen.

He did an excellent job. Very personable and super knowledgeable. I will be hiring him for more work in the future.

He added stairs to our deck. They were put in so poorly that we had to get another company to replace them. That other company also said we were overcharged by $4000. The stairs were literally moving. Very unsafe. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. Awful experience

unqualify and miss represented his knowledge, and codes in the state of Missouri, he did not clean after him self, debris wore lifted towed every were.

This gentleman was amazing. Not only was he prompt, efficient and professional, he was pleasant and personable. We are going to definately call him for other upcoming projects .

He did 1/2 the job. I needed a three-way dimmer splitter. instead, I had purchased a single splitter. He told me he would be back to finish the job another day. Did not show up. Sent him a text to inquire got a response a few days later saying he would come out on another day? after 1:00, but he was a no-show. No response to my text asking when he would be by to finish the job, no response. I thought something fishy is going on because he had several phone numbers that he was responding to me from. I contacted all of those numbers I never heard back from him.

Chris gave me an estimate that was reasonable. He came on time, git the work done with little interruption to or daily routine. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

Chris was available the very day I was looking for an Electrician. He was there within a few hours. I needed someone to check the electrical connection as a new washer was delivered. He reset and checked the electrical panel. He also hooked up the drain hose, which should have been done by the store delivering the new washer! I live in another state and he even helped my family member, get the washer running. I highly recommend him he was so nice and professional!! I definitely won't hesitate to contact him for future work! Thank you so much Chris!

He lacks communication, is not on time. He would set daily goals and not complete them. He is not as experienced as he says and that caused damages on my property and the things he did were not done correctly. Literal drywall separating from my ceiling. Dorm frames were damaged and did not remove crow molding and caused that cracking.

Chris is so knowledgeable/experienced in many areas of home repair! We had some home inspection electrical issues to be fixed & he accomplished the fixes in short order & explained his work along the way. Our home was built in 1956/57 & Chris understood each issue & was able to fix each one. Professional, experienced, & a great communicator. Thank you Chris! We would use you again for any of our home repair needs!
