Chris was easy to work with and schedule an appointment with. We had a new ceiling fan to install. On his first visit he saw that the existing structure was not adequate for the fan we purchased (which was too heavy, unbeknownst to me, for him to install safely without extra precautions). He had to return to allow for more time and materials. On his second visit he added what was needed for the fan to be installed with proper support. He added wood around the junction box holding the electrical wiring and then secured the wood directly to the joists. Now our daughter is enjoying some cooler air from the fan 😁. Chris was responsive to all communications and very comfortable to be around. I would happily ask him back for other work in our house.
