09/19/2018:Apollo uses knowledgeable service technicians for their installs. They installed a new Carrier furnace and air conditioning units. Apollo followed up the install with another technician that calibrated the thermostat and instructed us on how to use it. The pricing seems to be a little on the high side of other estimates but we liked them for their timeliness when our old furnace needed servicing in the midst of that last winter season. We will stay on the Apollo maintenance program. 01/11/2018: The company called to let me know that the service technician would be late but he was within an acceptable number of minutes of his scheduled time. I had also scheduled the same service tech back to clean the furnace blower. He did a fine job in thoroughly cleaning the blower and suggesting a better air filter. We also purchased a service plan to maintain the furnace and air conditioning unit.

They were able to get someone out to me same day. The tech was very professional, checked everything over and offered a couple options for repair. Will definitely hire again.

I hired them for a service call ( $89.00) to diagnose the condition of my old furnace. The service tech was prompt and showed us evidence of the need for a new system. We hired another company to do the replacement because that other company had installed a new system in another part of the house.

The appointment was very long, the technician took over 2 hours for the cleaning and inspection.

Was very comfortable with service tech and he gave us some good advise.

Used this company a few times, that was my first mistake. First fix was $400, and lasted about 35 days (guaranteed for 30 days). Next time I asked how much it would be to replace, but the repair guy didn?t know anything about replacement costs. Had to repair again since it was so cold out. Then a belt broke on the furnace late on a 5 degree night. I could fix it myself, but it was late and the stores were closed. Since it was so cold, I called them and told them that a belt broke. They came out to my house, told me that a belt broke, but they didn?t have the belt. Charged me $90 for emergency visit to tell me what I had already told them on the phone. Absolute worst. Do not use.

The rep was very personable, knowledgeable, and quick. I am thrilled to get my heat back. They will also be doing a tune up next week!

He did a great job.

We just moved from Florida and I have never dealt with boilers. Tony is very knowledgeable about boiler systems and immediately was able to get the radiators working. Now we need to get some other work done and Apollo will be performing the work.

This company actually cares about their customer and the service they receive. There are real people to speak with. They have many well-trained technicians. The company itself has processes in place enabling all of the technicians, sales staff, and management to know what is going on with their customer so no matter who you are speaking to they are aware of what is going on with your furnace issues. I was very impressed with this practice. Everyone treats you with respect and does not act like they are doing you a favor like so many other companies today. I would highly recommend this copany

Great customer service.

This company KNOWS boilers and radiator systems. I have had experience with other companies that say they do but don't. I have had technicians sent to my home that don't know a circulator pump from an ice cream machine. If you have a hot water boiler system in your basement you have probably had a hard time finding a company that knows your system and is able to service it correctly. This is the right place.

Came on time.both days worked all day. Cleaned up the mess and what a mess it was . two old furnaces. Salesman and office staff were great also. And we received a cooler and cookies we did not expect.

Apollo was on time for the initial meeting very well informed, had prices for me within minutes of choosing a furnace and didn't try to upsale me and used some of my old stuff to keep the price down
