Very knowledgeable, professional, Replaced my furnace quickly and efficiently. I am calling them when I m ready to replace my hot water tank later.

The customer service was good but they did break a part doing the process. The furnace is old but there was not communication before the repair that there is a possibility the part could be broken due to the age of the furnace.

The service technician was very knowledgeable. He explained everything to us. There were too many things wrong with our old furnace so we decided to get a new one. We are having Apollo install it. We were very pleased with both technician and sales rep who explained our options for a new furnace air conditioning system and a tankless water heater.

The first technician was a far cry from 5 stars. After he left and we realized our unit was still not functioning properly, we called the office and they had another technician was at our house within 2 hours. He did a thorough inspection and preformed several tests to get to the bottom of the issue. He took the time to explain the problem and told us what the next steps were going to be. He was definitely 5 stars!
