Very easy to work with, complete service!

The folks at Apollo did a great job removing and replacing my old hot water heater, which was certainly on its last legs. The technician was friendly and professional. In addition, Apollo sends out another technician, a specialist, the next day to double-check that everything is properly installed. I highly recommend this company.

Apollo removed our non working oil furnace with a high efficiency propane system including air conditioning. All of the various Apollo staff members (Steve, Richard, Todd, Sam, Clint, Bill and Saan) were so technically competent and personable that it’s a credit to the business. I had the propane manager tell me that the installation was the best he had ever seen. He wanted Apollo’s information to recommend the company to his customers that may be in need of HVAC or plumbing. Great job everyone. I’m more than pleased.

Very professional.

I had them come out for a furnace tune up instead of a plumbing problem. The repairman was clean and respectful and cleaned up after himself. Also knowledgeable of different furnace models and able to answer questions.

The immediate need was my thermostat stopped working and they sent someone the same day and replaced it. I signed up for the membership which was very inexpensive and well worth it when the can cover heating cooling and plumbing work... Would have signed up months ago if I had known

This company has great expectations for their employees, and as a result, they hire and fully train employees so that they know what they are doing. We just had a new air conditioning and heating unit installed. Our salesman, George, spent lot of time thoroughly explaining all of our options to us. He really knew the products that he was presenting to us and we were impressed with his honesty and knowledge. The guys who did the installation were so thorough and conscientious about doing a good job. The office staff was very courteous and followed through on relaying messages and scheduling appointments. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends. We have confidence that the service technicians that will service our heating and air units will also professionally handle any future needs we may have. Installed new central air and replaced gas-fired furnace. Professional all the way, from first phone contact to job completion. I trust this company and itâ s employees. And, I have learned that Apollo Heating and Cooling company makes it a priority to ensure good employee morale, which appears to impact their product and good customer satisfaction. Furthermore, there never was a hint of sales pressure before I signed the contract.
