Called and sent technician next day. Very courteous and professional completed the work promptly. My dissatisfaction is with pricing. I was charged a service call charge, tune up charge and for a capacitor. In researching after the technician left, i am not sure how you do a tune up to a A/C unit that doesn't include the service visit charge. Then checking the part number on line for the capacitor, I was charged 3 times the cost listed. Called the owner and expressed my disappointment and that I was a prior customer, but he insisted the charges were fair. I do not believe that to be the case. Will use a different provider for future needs.

The office staff was great! Very nice when I was originally scheduling. The day of the service, my husband and I were also buying a car (at the dealership at 11am and service was for 4:30). We kept saying we had to be out of their by 4, which of course they said was no problem. It was a problem, so I called Apollo and asked if the serviceman was running on time, or if he would be running late ... or could be running late. She pushed our time back a half an hour, no problem with some shared laughs! The serviceman was an extremely nice man. He explained why our air conditioner was not working, and the most likely cause in a way that I understood. Because we purchased our home in the last year, we had a home warranty. He was great dealing with the crabby claims lady and fought for us. If he hadn't used the word 'probably', we probably would've had more of the service covered, but it's okay. Nothing to sweat over (pun intended!). Once we confirmed with the warranty company, he was in and out in less than 30. It felt like a lot for no more time then he spent on repairing it, and most of the money came from diagnostics and cleaning but it wasn't bad enough that I wouldn't go back to them for the future. Unfortunately I forget about my Angie's List coupon, so it's partly my own fault.

It turned out it was the circuit board that had gone out. They were very quick in responding to the voicemail left, and scheduled for the next day. Tech arrived on time in the time-window, and was able to find the problem, and let me know the solution. Great service, would definitely use them again. Thanks

Fast Service, was there the same day we called. Gave us exactly what we asked for, 1 pound of R-22 since we were replacing the air conditioner. Cleaned the unit and answered a couple questions for us.

They were excellent. I had a real good experience. The service tech was real pleasant and real professional. They came out the same day. He cleaned up after himself and did a real good job. The price was very reasonable. I would absolutely use them again.

When our furnace started acting up this past week we didn't hesitate in who to call. They arrived when promised and the tech explained everything that was wrong with our furnace and everything that we were doing wrong with our furnace, like using the wrong kind of filters for our heating system. We have recommended Appollo in the past and will continue recommending Appollo.

Everything went as promised if not better than I had imagined! They again showed up on time had everything they needed answered all my questions and even helped me move an old refrigerator to the garage from the basement. The system is awesome. It cools the second floor better than I had hoped for and is quiet too! The furnace is supposed to be very high efficient also and if it works as well as the air I won't be disappointed. They did test the furnace and air thoroughly before they left. I was surprised to see them take the time on a new system but it was very reassuring that they made sure things were proper before they said they were done. So things were great and I've told my family and neighbors about them already. Service this good is really hard to find I promise. I've had way too many bad experiences and it was nice to see someone do it right. Plus I got a nice thankyou surprise about a week later! I won't ruin it by saying. But again job very well done.

They do a wonderful job. They are prompt and courteous. They wear shoe covers on their feet and are very responsive. They have a very reasonable service contract. We are very happy with this company and would highly recommend them.

A part of the price was reimbursed to me through my home warranty. They were excellent. They were very clean, fast and efficient. It was a very cold day and they did the work. So I didn?t have any issues with them. They had fair prices. The people seemed very knowledgeable. They double checked everything and were very friendly as well. I currently use them for the maintenance of my system.

They did a very good job. We did have a problem with the furnace that required replacing a major part, but they were very professional about it and got it right.

They did a very good job. Everything turned out well, and because it was done in the winter, the price was lower that it would have been in-season. They hauled everything away, and they explained everything to us.
