Description of Work: They snaked my drain in my century home. They have been out before. Very professional and explained what the problem is. I use them for any drain problems-they are the best!

Description of Work: They arrived during the window of time provided. Additionally, there was notice prior to their arrival. They went right to work and quickly addressed the sewer drain issue. Only concern was the mess left behind to be cleaned up. They made no attempt to put down anything on the floor where they would be tracking through the house.

Description of Work: The appointment was scheduled between 10am and 12pm. They (2) arrived at 10:20am. Our drain to the septic tank was clogged. They had to dig down through rock-hard soil using a hammer/chisel and pick to reach the septic tank opening. It was a approximately 25 degrees outside that day, and we have had below zero temperatures on and off all month. Before digging, they told us that they would charge extra for digging the frozen ground, and went over the estimated costs. After approximately two hours of digging, they finally were able to remove the cap on the septic tank. The drain was cleared when they ran a snake from the septic tank to the house. Then they had us open all upstairs water lines and flush the toilets to make sure the septic drain line was opened, and recommended that we have out tanks cleaned when the weather permits. |We were highly satisfied with their courtesy, professionalism, and price. They worked steady for over three hours and gave us a 3 month warranty on their work. Should we need drain services in the future, we will call Allen Drain and we would recommend them to friends.

Description of Work: Drain out to the street backed up.

Description of Work: Sanitary sewer plugged. Backing up into basement. 3 teenage girls in 100 year old house. Had to do something.. Noticed online Allen Drain Co. has been in business a long time. Called them and said they would be at the house ASAP. They were! Technician ran the snake through several times and got a bunch of tree roots which was the problem. Suggested we get a clean out yearly as these things will continue. I will do this. Subsequent to this in Dec 2012 we had another backup and they ran their snake through again at no charge. These folks are the greatest. A#1, highly recommended.
