I had arranged for them to come at 8:00am and they arrived at 8:30a after calling to tell me that they were running late. (I really appreciated the phone call.) After they arrived, they were very pleasant and accommodating. The total time they were there was 2 hours. After the installation, they showed me how the humidifier worked and how to adjust it if needed. They also explained how to change the filter and to call if there was a problem. After about 30 minutes after they left I noticed a whining noise coming from my furnace intake vent. I called the office and within 30 minutes, one of the technicians that installed it came and figured out why the whining sound was occurring. The whining sound was removed and we discussed how to fix the problem if it returned. I really appreciated the prompt response and the quick fix to the problem. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone who would ask.

Did full inspection, pointed out problem areas and offered solutions. Very straightforward with working with us and our home warranty to come to an acceptable solution.

It died two weeks later, but I don't think that was their fault. They came and just did the general service, and it was working at that time. I don't know what happened a couple weeks later but something did. I probably wouldn't call them right now, just because I had to get a new A/C and I had a whole different company that came out so I've got a contract with them now to kind of keep my service since they did the installation, so I probably wouldn't call them, but it's not because of something they did, it's just because I'm in a different relationship now with having to replace my whole A/C unit. I wouldn't say I don't use them, I just wouldn't use them with because of what happened with the new A/C unit, so I'm not giving them a negative review and saying hey, don't call them, I probably wouldn't use them personally because I spent $10,000 with somebody else and they are going to help kind of keep the service up on my investment if that make's sense. It's not a negative review, it's just my personal situation.

He was quick, and said the problem couldn't be fixed without rerouting the system.

They were on time. Very polite. Cleaned everything done in less than an hour. Great price! I would use again.

Andy Williamson is the owner and was also the person who came out to my condo in Hilliard on a $49 Big Deal from Angie's List to check my 15 year old A/C unit. I had scheduled another company to come out at a later date to check the furnace, but Andy went ahead and checked that for no additional fee. He was very honest in his evaluation of each unit and very willing to address some other problem areas that were found. The job took a day and a half and was done promptly and as scheduled, at my convenience. It could not have gone better! Brand name Air Ease (built by Lennox), 2 ton, SEER 14, Fed tax credit available.

It was just fine. They contacted me expeditiously after I paid for the deal and called beforehand like they said they would. They were very professional and I think it was a very good value for the money.

The owner, Andy arrived right on time as scheduled. He did use shoe booties once inside our home. He found the refrigerant low on the first unit, but did not want to add to the system at this time since the outside temperature was around 53 degrees. The manufacturer (Trane) recommends servicing the refrigerant at 55 degrees or warmer. Andy scheduled a return trip to test and service the refrigerant later next week. On unit two Andy found a wire that was not connected that properly that dehumidifys the air during the summer months. He properly connected it on this newer Trance unit. He noted that the air filter needed to be replaced before the hot summer weather arrives. The refrigerant level was fine in this unit. He did notice the water trap had been leaking which we knew and had recently fixed. Outside, he inspected the condensers/compressors of both units and cleaned the dust from them. I found Andy. the owner of Whole Home Comfort to be very professional, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to do things right. His knowledge of the Trane products was comforting. I look forward to working with Whole Home Comfort in the future and would high recommend this 2 year old company to others in his servicing area.

I had purchased a 'Big Deal' for a furnace inspection and cleaning. The day after purchase, Andy called and we set up an appointment in a few days. On the appointed day he called and gave me a 30 minute warning. Once here he went right to work doing the inspection and cleaning. He told me things looked good, but in time the blower motor would need replaced.

Our heat pump was making very loud noises. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and able to fix our issue the same day.

Whole Home Comfort is a fabulous HVAC company. The technician was on time, courteous & very knowledgeable. No high pressure sales and told me what could wait and what needed attention now.
