Rick always responded promptly and was incredibly courteous and professional (I've not always had such luck with people in this field). He explained everything very well and the system has never ran better. He came in under-budget and even gave me advice about a separate issue. I called and left a message for Rick regarding a septic tank crush and fill as well as hooking up to our sewer tap. He promptly returned my call and explained that there was another company that would better suit my needs. He happily gave me their name and number for me to contact. I appreciated the fact that he was very friendly and explained that part of this was not his specialty.

Job was done in one day and lots of explanation along the way. Very persoable, very rofessional job.

He said next time I get my tank cleaned to contact him and he would change the filter as it needs to be changed roughly every six months. He was a very nice man.

He arrived on time and stayed until everything was completed. He coordinated with Chuck's Septic Tank to have the tank drained so I didn't have to deal with two contractors. The backup was cleared and everything is running fine now.

Rich performed all work excellent. He took the time to explain what he was doing through the entire process. Rich came prepared with all the neccessary tools and supplies.

Installation required excavating down approximately 4 ft in an existing flower garden. Rich did an excellent job of minimizing the damage to the garden and 6 months later everything looks great. Highly recommend.
