Description of Work: Pride Power Wash did exactly what they stated in their quote. They were punctual and very professional. The owner of the business provided the quote and did all the work with a helper. He arrived to power wash the entire deck area and prep for staining and painting. We had asked that he paint the deck with a brush between the boards to help eliminate visible stain runs....I was extremely surprised that he painted the entire deck with the brush that is not a small area. The deck is 50 feet long by 12 feet wide with an area that extends 20 feet out from our patio door. The deck then drops to a lower level that is 6 feet by 20 feet and then down to a third level that is 12 feet by 20 feet. We also requested that he paint all the lattice trim. Working with Pride Power Wash was an amazing experience and renewed our faith in contractors. We have been taken advantage of so many times by so many contractors that we have become very nontrusting. This has been a wonderful experience and we will have them back in the future to work for us again. I highly recommend them to anyone that would like to have work done correctly the first time and at a fair price.

Description of Work: We needed a stoop, sidewalk and drive way (approx.75 ft.) power washed. They had not been power washed for over 20 years and had a build up of grime and moss. William came out the same day to give me an estimate and he even showed up a few days earlier than scheduled to do the actual work...It looks marvelous...There is night and day difference with the completed work. He is a hard working professional. We will be using him again in order to keep up the appearance.

Description of Work: They washed my house and cleaned the spouting. It had been a number of years since the aluminum siding had been washed, so there were a few areas that did not clean well. William explained to me that it was due to oxidization and can be removed from vinyl siding better than aluminum. He and his co-worker were prompt, friendly, and professional. William offered to come back if there were any areas of streaking as it dried. I was very pleased with their service and would use them again.
