Could not be more satisfied with the results! Scheduling and invoicing process was simple. William was communicative about additional work recommendations. Deck looks 100% better. Would definitely use again.

JP was friendly and professional. He came over the same day that I sent him a text to provide a free estimate. He used the exact, premium paint that we asked him to purchase and he even left us the rest of the paint that wasn't used, in case we need to do touch ups later. He and another guy did the work, no sub contractor. It was quality work, good attention to detail, and we would definitely hire him again and recommend him to friends.

I was very impressed by the friendliness and expertise of the men who came to do the work. They had great attention to detail and my porch was totally free of cobwebs when they were done. They got all the mold/algae off the siding on two sides and used a product that will prevent it from coming back. It is not bad for plants. My windows sparkle and it is great to look outside! They did a fabulous job.

Bill arrived in the time frame set. He was very friendly. He worked hard and thoroughly. He used a lower pressure wash for the roof of our 2 story house and garage and our gutter guard. He also used an ecofriendly chemical. The shingles appeared unharmed and the roof looks very clean, like new. His price was about a hundred dollars less than one of his competitors who would have used chlorine. Thank you Bill and Angie's List!

I hired this company to paint 2 shutters on the front of the house and the trim around the garage door. I thought the cost was excessive, but I thought this contractor would do a good job because he power washed our home in the fall of 2016. We discussed the paint color on the shutters to be "brick red", the same color as the front door. He came to my home when we were away. He painted the shutters "blue", the same color that was previously on the shutters. When I came home and attempted to speak with him about the shutter color and the fact that he indicated to me during the estimate that he would paint the trim over the front window, he became annoyed and began to speak to me in a confrontational way. After I said this was not my first experience with contractors and I knew how to handle things, he said he would just pack up his things and leave and that I would not owe him a thing. I asked him to put the shutters back on the house. He reluctantly began to put the shutters up. I noticed that they were not flat against the house and I asked him to put them back the way they were when he began the work. He said the bolts were broken and got some black ones from his truck. The shutters are back on now (I don't know how long they will stay on the house). My advise to anyone that is considering working with this company is to make sure EVERYTHING that you discuss and agree to is written on the paperwork, and do not allow him to intimidate you when you talk with him about something that is not correct. I WILL NEVER hire him again. And, I do not expect to receive any invoice from him. ***UPDATE*** Requested to have the shutters painted to match the front door. I asked him to include the trim around the garage and the windows. He didn't write down everything that we discussed in October. He came out in July and painted the shutters the same color that they were previously. I was not present when he started to do the work. When I came home, I mentioned that the shutters were supposed to be painted the same color as the door. He immediately became confrontational and mentioned that the estimate happened nearly a year ago and I shouldn't expect him to remember what we talked about. I thought the price of $330 was a bit excessive, but thought that he was going to make things right.

William and Jason were both very friendly and professional. They arrived on time. Power washed our siding, gutters, shutters. William even cleaned our front porch and sidewalk for no extra charge. The house looks great! I will definitely call Pride Power Wash next time our house needs cleaned. Thank you William and Jason!

Matthew, Josh and Patrick painted all of the trim of our two-story home. The north side of the house was showing signs of mildew, and they first power washed that side. Front porch also had one piece of rotting wood, which William took care of himself by replacing two of the pieces and painting the new railing. All were extremely professional and careful of the shrubs and plants around the house. The crew showed up on time, worked throughout the day and cleaned up after the job was done. The estimate that William gave us was exactly what we were charged. Would highly recommend this company for painting and/or power washing.

He agreed for a very good price to complete the project within about a month, then far exceeded that timeline by doing everything in a week or two. We had a very positive experience from the first phone call. William came to our home within a couple of days to give us an estimate. Within 2 weeks the deck had been power washed and stained. It looks night and day better!! I couldn't be happier with the result. I wish I would've called them originally instead of attempting to stain the deck myself. I would highly recommend using William and will definitely use them again in the future.

The work went really well. Mr. William, owner, made two visits to our house. One visit was for the estimate and another visit to do the power wash. I was watching him when he was doing the power wash. He was methodical and did a fantastic job. Explained the whole process (about the chemical used) and also personable. Mr. William also gave Angies List member's discount (coupon). We would also like to thank his office manager Ms. Laurel who answered all my questions, re-scheduled our appointment couple of times, and answered my e-mail messages promptly. Powerwashed date as promised; staining date was delayed due to weather. Call to ask if staining on Sunday was good. Came as promised, completed work. VERY satisfied!
