Pride Power Wash & Painting

This was a brand new deck, never previously stained. Although I thought the estimate was slightly high, I did not want a $500 stain job on a $10,000 deck. Pride Power Wash did not disappoint me. They gave me my money's worth over the course of 4 days. They paid attention to detail going between each spindle (my spindles are framed on both sides), and they applied 2 coats to the deck first spraying and then back brushing the stain. They took their time during the whole process and lived up to their name.

I contacted the company with an email using the address from Angie's List. I received a quick response and phone call. A date was scheduled. I had a few a questions prior to the date and William responded promptly and answered my questions. He was very pleasant and explained the details that I didn't understand. They showed up on the scheduled Friday and power washed the deck. I wasn't sure what color matched what we had previously, so he left a chart indicating what he thought would be a good choice. He came back on Monday and stained the deck. The color is perfect and it looks awesome. Would definitely use this company again.

The first man that did the work did a good job, removed most of the mold while preserving the paint that was there. I actually wanted to re-stain it, so I contacted the owner. The owner then came out and spent three hours getting everything off, and didn't charge me any extra for this work. I liked them so much that I referred them to other people. I had them price out the work separately due to my insurance company paying half of the house, they did this without a problem. I would defiantly use him again!

William returned my phone call promptly and was over within 48 hours to give me an estimate. We then made an appointment for 3 weeks. He came promptly to begin work but was delayed a day due to rain. He came out on a Sunday to do the deck sealer since rain was expected on Monday. We sure appreciated his dedication by coming out on a Sunday. He advised us to seal every couple years to maintain the integrity of the wood. William promised he could make our neglected 9 year old deck look like new AND HE DID! This is no joke, Pride Power-Wash really does take pride in their work!

They took down the shutters and painted those at no additional cost. They also got a little paint on some outside doors and touched those up without us asking. Either during the power washing or the painting, it looked like they got a little paint on the roof. We asked them to do something about it, and they power washed the roof for free. There still looks to be a little paint on the roof, but we never pursued it further.

Bill did an outstanding job. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work and wants to make sure that everything is done to his high standards. Our deck is made of ChoiceDek, which is fairly maintenance-free. However, it does mildew over time and is not easy When Bill realized that powerwashing alone wouldn't get it clean and also might remove the finish, he waited until he got some special chemicals to properly clean the deck. When he was done, the deck looked like new. And it showed no streaking down the sides of the deck like it did after I had cleaned it once before. He is punctual, professional, responsive, very friendly, and easy to work with. I plan to have Bill clean my deck every spring.

They were really anxious to do everything that I wanted and cleaned up well after themselves. I'd use them again and highly recommend them to others!

William did a great job. He didn't miss any spots on this fence. It look brand new even though it is 12 years old.

William called in response to my email and set an appointment a couple days later. Before staining, I needed repairs to the deck and under-penning. I knew the results I wanted, but wasn t sure how to achieve them. He listened, made some helpful suggestions, and gave me a good estimate. Work began about 10 days later. William and his crew were there on the scheduled day even though if was finally raining! The rain caused a couple days delay, but William was good about staying in contact and letting me know when he would be there. The minute the rain let up, he was there and worked from 7:30 AM to about 7:00 PM in the 95 heat to get the repairs done so they could stain the next day. Even though Pride is a power wash company, William did an outstanding job with the repairs. He took his time and made the under-penning very solid. It looks much better than I hoped! He cleaned up and removed all debris each day. I am very happy with the job done by Pride and William Statczar.

Company came out while I was at work by using a ladder to access the deck and power washed the deck. On a later date, company returned and applied water sealer. Left an invoice at door for me.

William did a great job. The house and concrete really needed to be cleaned and looked wonderful after he came out.

No need to be wordy, If you DON'T hire this company you're a Dang fool. Great job, Great price and Great people! Enough said.

Mr. Statczar did a nice job. Everything was clean and we wouldn't have even known he was there except for our sparkling home. I don't think the house had ever been washed so it was a great improvement. Mr. Statczar was very polite and prompt to return my calls.

I called Mr. Statczar to schedule them to do my home. He very honestly told me they were booked ahead at least a month but if they had other homes in my area, they might be able to fit me in. I asked if they would call before coming, if possible. He called the evening before and they were here when he said they would be. The young man who came was very personable. Mr. Statczar came by to bring a ladder and was an extremely nice young man. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They were very confident in their work, they did not pressure me to give them any money until the work was done. They were able to identify some additional work that needed to be done on my home and they were able to do the work on the spot for a very good price.

The company is well named. Bill obviously does take pride in his work. Absolutely top drawer experience from start to finish.

Mr. Statczar was timely with his estimate and once it was decided to go ahead he was timely with scheduling and completion. Very professional. A pleasant experience.

LETS SUM IT UP WITH "WOW". WILLIAM RETURNED MY CALL THE SAME DAY. SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY FOR THE ESTIMATE. VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. DURING OUR WALK AROUND I ASKED IF HE WOULD POWER WASH THE TWO SKYLIGHTS ON OUR ROOF AND WITHOUT HESITATION HE SAID "SURE" NO CHARGE. AS HE WAS WRITING THE ESTIMATE I ASKED IF HE KNEW OF SOMEONE THAT COULD REPLACE A COUPLE SHINGLES NEXT TO THOSE SAME SKYLIGHTS. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME ON THE DAY THE JOB WAS SCHEDULED, THE HOUSE GLOWED, MY SKYLIGHTS SPARKLED, MY SIDEWALK CLEANED AND YOU GUESSED IT, THE SHINGLES WERE REPAIRED. EVEN THOUGH HE DIDN'T ASK, I PAID HIM EXTRA FOR THE "ABOVE AND BEYOND". I'M SERIOUSLY THINKING OF HIRING HIM TO PAINT THE HOUSE TRIM ALSO.

Contacted William for an estimate to power-wash the siding of our home. He immediately came and provided me with an estimate, which was very reasonable. Once I contacted him to perform the work, he responded quickly. The job was completed quicker than I thought it would be. William was very accommodating as our house is on the market and there were showings scheduled. He contacted me to confirm that there were no showings scheduled and that it was OK to perform the work. The siding looks great. Would certainly hire again.

He was fantastic, honest and he cleaned up inside and out.

Overall, the project went well. Pride did a good job of painting, but they needed to spend more time and care doing the prep work (scraping, sanding, filling, etc.).

William was wonderful to work with throughout this project. He kept us informed of where we were at on the list and updated us due to the poor weather. Due to all the rain, it has been impossible to find a time to complete this job. However, over Thanksgiving and weekend, William completed the job and it looks great. I had thought we may have to wait till next spring because of the weather. However, due to William's dedication and hard work the job was completed and LOOKS GREAT!

I was out of town when he did the actual power-washing. He was very helpful and courteous. He moved the furniture in order to wash and after he was done. Second time I've used him!
