The estimate was prompt. In fact, it was given the same day that I requested it. The service was comparable in price to other companies and was performed within two days. Concrete looks great. William was a great person to work with.

William actually was able to do the work even earlier than he had estimated. As always, he did a very thorough job and the deck looked like new when he was done.

I have used this company before and been very happy. I called June 7 and William was able to get my house done June 9. I didn't expect such fast service but it just worked out that way. This time the house looked very, very good. (The house may not necessarily need to be done every year but I choose to have it done every year because it is yellow and I like it to stay clean-looking.) I expected some 'drip' spots as normal as the house dries (which are easily wipped off) but I had no spots at all this year. Also William is very careful with landscaping, patio furniture, and patio plants/flowers. Years ago I bought a 'turbo powerwasher' at a local home shopping tv channel thinking I could 'do-it-myself' cheaper. I spent about 1 hour on 1/4 of my house and every part of my body hurt and the house looked bad. I sent the powerwasher back and have used William ever since---BEST thing I ever did.

William provided a prompt estimate then came back a couple of weeks later to powerwash our house. He used a bio-deg cleaner that has mold and algae inhibitor that has prevented further mold growth. We had a few spots on our trim where the paint came off. He let me know this and came back a few days later to touch up the paint. William went above and beyond and I will use his services again.

I contacted William by email. He contacted me promptly (within 24 hours). He provided the estimate within a timely manner, was able to fit me in the schedule and was very professional. My husband and I was happy with his work and will definitely hire again for future services.

We have used William's company on two occasions now. The most recent was this past October when he powerwashed and stained our 20 year old fence that was looking pretty mangy. After powerwashing, the wood looked almost like new. The stain made it look even fresher. The difference was amazing and this type of maintenance may keep it looking good another 20+ years. In 11/2008, we had William powerwash and stain our large wood deck that had been messed up by other painters before. He actually had to sand off the old coating of stain by hand to get a new appropriate stain to show one consistent color. It has looked great since then! He was very reasonable despite the hand sanding in charging only $700-$800, and it finally looks good again. William is a great guy to work with, always prompt, always agreeable and always pleasant. We will use his services again.

This provider was wonderful. Very quick reponse to my call, reasonable estimate, and got to the project when he said he would (rainy weather caused a delay - but he called to update me on when he would be out). He did an excellent job power washing and staining the deck and repaired several rotted boards on the pergola so I didn't have to hire a separate contractor for this. The swingset also looks great - and this cost half of another quote that I got for staining it. He even power washed and stained a couple of steps that weren't in the quote but needed it. Highly recommended!

They did a great job and we were really pleased with that. I look at the reviews usually quite a bit; you can sit there with your laptop, kind of toggle through and see what everybody says. I don't know why I went with them, I am sure there were other ones on there too but I am sure it was based on their reviews. I wasn't home when they were there, I just let them go and they did it. I think he came out; I met him briefly and did an estimate but then from there it was fine. I thought it was a good price that I paid. I don't know if they did go through my windows; I have windows that aren't the greatest so they might not have noticed. But, I really care about the siding. They told me when they were going to come and they did it on that day and when I got home it was done. I would use them in future if needed.

They had areas that they were unable to remove the dirt and it did not come clean. They said they do not use brushes and they could not do anything more, that was the best they could do. They got water in between the window seals. I told them to stay away from the windows, and they did not and now I have water in between the window seals. There is nothing I can do now.

Really like speaking with William. He is clearly very knowledgeable and I would have felt comfortable going with him. We went with another company because we was a little more expensive and we ended up needing to get some additional interior work done at the same time.

I had a couple of other companies give me quotes along with William the owner of Pride Power Wash. I had researched reviews on all the companies that did give me a quote. When I met with William at my home I was impressed with his willingness to work with me and answering questions I had before I even had the chance to ask them in some cases. He gave me a written quote and stated that if I decided to go with his company that he would perform the work to my satisfaction before he would take any payment at all. Which in most companies out there today you just do not find that kind of trust or confidence in a job someone will perform. He was great at communicated with me and as the job progressed and the staining of both the fence and deck began promptly addressed any questions and concerns I had. There were a few minor details that I wanted fixed after the job was almost complete and he fixed them very readily. I even had a ratty old picnic table on my deck and he had extra stain left over so stained that to match the deck. Now I understand not everyone may have been happy he'd taken the initiative to do this but myself was overly please as it was something I was going to do anyway before winter starts to settle down. If you are looking for any painting/power washing services I strongly suggest you consider Pride Power Washing. You just do not find companies anymore that truely take the time and attention to detail let alone communicate freely with their consumers. It may not have been the cheapest I could have had this job done for but quality in work goes much farther then getting a cheaper price from someone else who will not perform to the standards that William holds himself to.

It went very well. Came out promptly for an estimate and was able to do the work within a week. Powerwashed deck and fence, repaired the deck and stained both. Also, moved furniture back on the deck. Was very friendly and professional. Would recommend and use again.

We selected Pride as he was close to us and highly rated on the List. He showed up promptly and gave a very professional and thourough estimate. He did the powerwashing and came back two days later to do the refinishing. He is a hard worker, neat, and does excellent work. There was a small problem spot on the bottom of the garage door and he came back the next day and took care of it

Called for an estimate. My call was returned promptly. William came out and gave me an estimate on the spot. He was very helpful and professional. The price was terrific. I called within a few days and agreed to the deal. We had to wait for the weather to be right for the staining so it was several weeks before the work could be done. There was a lot of rain and cold in April. They came out and had the stain portion of the job done in one afternoon. They were meticulous about protecting my siding, fence and anything else that was near the deck. They sprayed the stain and brushed it in. They did a fantastic job. I have recommended them to others.

Prompt, competent, and responsive. Careful with aluminum siding so as not to wash out color. The deck looked new (over 20 years old) when done.
