Pride Power Wash & Painting

I had 3 equally reputable companies provide quotes for this job, and Pride provided the most competitive pricing. William and his team did a great job! They were professional, friendly and thorough. Although there was a one week gap between the start and completion of the work, due to the seemingly never-ending rain, they came back to finish the work as soon as reasonably possible. I highly recommend them, and would use them again.

I contacted Pride Power Wash & Painting to inquire about power washing our home. The owner, William was very prompt with his response and estimate. We received a lower estimate from another company, however we chose Pride because of the positive ratings on Angie's List. They came out as scheduled, and did a great job removing the dirt and grime that accumulated on the exterior of our house. We were very satisfied, highly recommend this company and would definitely use again should the need arise.

vWilliam came out immediately after I called him to provide a free estimate. He took 10% off for an angie's list coupon I had. When we were ready for them to begin, he came right out and power washed first in the afternoon of the first day. It was dark when they left and the next morning revealed an amazing result, but a not so amazing clean up job. This was due to it being dark when they were trying to clean. A few days later, they returned to stain. I pointed out the areas that needed recleaned from the power washing and William personally removed and cleaned my sliding door screens, and went over everything else that needed cleaned. He even helped me reinstall our screens! He estimated that it would take 2 gallons of stain, and when they ran out, he drove to the store to get another gallon! This company is tops!

The work performed by these two gentlemen was just fantastic! The dirt and grime they got off in just power washing was awful. I didn't realize just how dirty it had gotten over just a couple of years. They power washed the deck with some sort of treatment which made the deck smell fresh and clean. The paint job the following week after the power washing was more than I could have imagined! The color was just beautiful. It complimented the main colors of my home and just looked stunning! They painted in areas where I didn't even think they could reach or for that matter get too, which pleased me very much. They pushed back mulch, stones and dirt to get to the lower parts of the deck to paint. These are guys are great at what they do and are very reasonable in their pricing for the work they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their deck painted/stained. They are friendly and very professional. I would definitely use them again.

We went with Pride Power Wash and Painting due to all of the wonderful reviews about them. The reviews are all exactly what we experienced as well. Great work, and professional. Could tell they truly took pride in work they perform. They accidentally knocked off a screen and put a hole in it. William, the owner took the screen and is replacing free of charge for us since it was their mistake. Very happy and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely fantastic. I've had William do work before, and it's always great and very reasonable.

I was very impressed with the results. William seems to take pride in his work and was easy to work with. The cost seemed very reasonable, and he even washed the front walk, not included in the estimate, without charging since he said it would have looked really bad next to the clean driveway (and it definitely would have). I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again when the need arises.

The job went well. I was very impressed with the professional nature of operation. We asked and received an estimate (which was about 1/3-1/2 of what other companies estimated). Other companies indicated that because the deck was had not been washed and restained recently, many of the boards would have to be replaced. Morevover I had to call other companies several times before I received a response. Pride Power Wash rescrewed deck boards and that seems satisfactory.

Outstanding work and service. All work performed by owner and his staff. No money paid until work completed. Bill came out at the end of March to view job and give estimate. Work was performed when the weather warmed up at the beginning of May. Power washing was done in 2 days and the wood allowed to dry for a week. Staining took longer than expected but Bill and his crew worked continuously (including a couple of 12 hour days), as the weather allowed, until it was completed. One section of railings supported climbing roses that I didn't want to prune until fall. Bill generously offered to leave that work and come back when I was ready. I contacted him at the end of October and he came out the following week to complete the job. Excellent, friendly, professional staff. They were neat and cleaned up each day. Couldn't have asked for more flexible, conscientious service. Always happy to find a company close to home that does excellent work. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thanks, Bill!

It was very dirty and the wood looked black in color. After they completed the work, the deck looked brand new. To be honest, I did not recognize it at first because it had not been cleaned in a long time. I will definitely use this company again.

They are doing a fantastic job! They're really good to work with, it's two guys and they get the job done in the proper amount of time. They are always ready for your questions to be sure you get what you want. They are also very professional and working to please the customer!

There was a considerable amount of mold and mildew discoloration on our exterior vinyl siding from years of exposure to the elements. Pride worked diligently to remove the stains. In reviewing their work at the site with the job foreman upon completion, a good deal of dirt and debris left behind from the cleaning process was found on our patio. I asked the foreman to remove the dirt and debris from the patio which he did without hesitation.

After cleaning, all areas looked great. There was no damage to expansion joints or house walls adjoining the cleaned areas. I e-mailed a description of the areas to be cleaned with instructions to William. He quoted and answered questions via e-mail. This saved a lot of time. This is the second time that I have used them. I will use them again.

From beginning to end, everything went very well. Our deck looks new again.

William returned my call promptly and set a date about a week later to power wash my composite deck. He has been doing this work for me annually for 6 years now. Because mildew develops on composite decks, he needs to use chemicals in the washing process. He always arrives on time and does an outstanding job. He takes adequate time to do a thorough and detailed job of cleaning my deck.

Very personable, flexible crew. We changed our mind on the color, and William brought out a can with the new color to be sure we liked it. Overall, we were very pleased.

Willie made the 19-year-old driveway look much, much cleaner and brighter. He arrived on a rainy day, and I wasn't sure how he was going to function effectively in the rain but his work exceeded my expectations. The driveway had been power washed by others in years past but no one had cleaned it as thoroughly as Pride Power Wash.

William responded promptly to my inquiry from Angie's List. He emailed me and we made plans for him to come out and provide an estimate. He provided the written estimate, and we called to arrange the work at a time agreeable to both of us. He arrived on the designated date to provide the service of power washing my two story home. He and his associate did a great job. They spent three solid hours washing the house from top to bottom. They made sure all levels of the house were cleaned. In the end, the siding and brick came out looking great. All visible dirt was gone. The price was reasonable, and the service provided was very good.

These guys are awesome. My house looked like it had brand new siding and the deck was restored to its original shine. I had 2 neighbors ask me for their number within a week of the job. Over the phone estimate was exactly correct. They arrived promptly, got to work right away, and did a fantastic job. They were very careful around my landscaping and did a superb job, even cleaning areas I didn't expect, like the front porch which had no siding. The porch and windows came out sparkling and as I already mentioned, the siding looked brand new. I will use them for every power washing job I have in the future.

William came one day early to powerwash the decks/balconies. He and a team member performed the staining several days later. The decks look good as new! He forgot to leave the leftover stain, but he came back a couple of days later with it. William is very punctual and professional.

The work went very well. The house came very clean and it highlighted that I would have to paint which was exactly what I wanted to know. William and team were on time, thorough and very professional. I will certainly look to use them again next year.
